With the vigorous development of the automobile industry,the clutch pressure plate,as an important part of the automobile,requires higher and higher production efficiency.This paper aims at solving the problem that the pressure plate after processing has a large imbalance,which can not directly meet the use requirements.In order to improve the production efficiency,a more comprehensive dynamic balance testing system is designed.The purpose of this system is to test the dynamic balance of the pressure plate after processing on the CNC machine tool,decompose and calculate the measured imbalance according to the position where the pressure plate can be weight removed,and transmit the weight removal data to the CNC machine tool,Perform de duplication processing directly on the CNC machine tool.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Design the signal processing circuit,mainly including selecting the sensor to obtain the vibration signal and photoelectric signal,designing high-pass filter,eight-order Butterworth low-pass filter,automatic amplification circuit,etc.to amplify and filter the vibration signal,designing the signal acquisition circuit to complete the conversion from analog to digital,and designing the serial communication circuit to realize the connection between the upper computer and the lower computer.2.Use the Visual Basic6.0 development platform to design the clutch pressure plate online dynamic balance test software system,use the cross-correlation theory to solve the amplitude and phase angle,and complete the design and function realization of each operation interface,including the measurement interface,setting interface,vector calculation interface,system calibration interface,etc.3.For the drilling requirements that the clutch pressure plate needs to meet when removing weights,complete the decomposition design of the measured unbalance to the weight removal position,and achieve arbitrariness to apply to different types of pressure plates.In addition,in order to be able to directly conduct the weight removal processing on the processing machine,the unbalanced amount after decomposition is sent to the data of the weight removal mechanism.4.Through the dynamic balance test and field dynamic balance test of the grinder,the results show that the test system has high measurement accuracy and stability.In the field dynamic balance test,it is found that the center of mass deviation of the hydraulic device of the NC machine tool exists due to uneven force.Aiming at this problem,a compensation measurement method is proposed,and the simulation experiment shows that this method is feasible. |
