Switched reluctance motor(SRM)is a new type of speed-regulating motor.Compared with permanent magnet motors and asynchronous motors,its control system does not have permanent magnets and direct short-circuit phenomena,and has higher reliability.However,due to the unique double salient structure of SRM,its speed regulation performance becomes worse when running at low speeds,especially large torque ripples,which greatly limits its development in electric vehicles and other fields.Improving the quality of speed regulation and suppressing SRM torque ripple play an important role in the promotion of SRM.In this regard,this article proposes two SRM control strategies:(1)The control strategy of SRM torque ripple based on neural network torque estimation and flux linkage compensation.The control strategy is to design the excitation function according to the characteristics of the SRM mechanism,and at the same time preprocess the neural network input,and realize the real-time estimation of the instantaneous torque through adaptive learning and training.According to the torque deviation obtained by the torque estimation,the flux linkage deviation is obtained through the PD controller,and the feedforward compensation of the flux linkage is realized on the basis of the torque-flux inverse model.With the cooperation of the magnetic link hysteresis,the suppression of SRM rotation pulsation is realized.The simulation shows that the control scheme based on neural network torque estimation and flux-linkage feedforward compensation can effectively suppress torque ripple and realize constant torque control.(2)SRM speed current double closed loop control based on fuzzy active disturbance rejection speed control.When the SRM is running,the quality of the speed loop speed regulation directly affects the accuracy of the reference torque,which in turn affects the control effect of the current inner loop.When SRM is running,the change of external load torque and the change of internal friction coefficient will interfere with the stability of the control system.In order to weaken the influence of interference,an auto-disturbance rejection controller is introduced into the SRM speed closed-loop control system,so that the speed can track the reference speed in real time when SRM is running,and at the same time,fuzzy control is used to adjust the auto-disturbance rejection parameters to improve the system’s auto-disturbance rejection.adaptability.The simulation shows that the designed fuzzy active disturbance rejection controller can accurately track the reference speed and effectively suppress the torque ripple.On the SRM experimental platform,the proposed SRM speed and current double closed-loop control strategy based on fuzzy active disturbance rejection speed control is experimentally verified.Experiments show that compared with the SRM torque distribution control strategy based on the traditional PI control,the proposed control strategy has higher speed regulation quality and effectively suppresses the torque ripple of the SRM.
