Switched reluctance motor is a new kind of speed regulating motor,Its development is with the rise of modern digital control technology andpower electronics technology.Switched reluctance motor is simplestructure, low cost, high reliability,it has been more and more applicationsin the engineering field.However, the large noise and torque ripple furtherrestrict its universal application.In this paper, reduced torque ripple from the motor structure andcontrol algorithm design.The article firstly analyzes the basic theory ofswitched reluctance motor.On this basis, designed a2.2kW6/4polemotor. Electromagnetic simulation is carried out on the prototype byusing finite element analysis software Ansoft, the simulation resultsverify the design of the prototype is reasonable and correct. And throughthe stator and rotor pole arc size, gap size and other parameters tooptimize the design to reduce torque ripple.Secondly, the study of the active disturbance rejection controltheory.Experiment by linear extended state observer and nonlinearextended state observer,the results showed that the performance of linearextended state observer is better.Using finite element analysis software toobtained prototype torque-angle curve and magnetization curves,curvedata in Matlab software will be converted into a two-dimensionaltable,thus creating a non-linear model of switched reluctancemotor.Switched reluctance motor control system for the simulationanalysis, results show that the active disturbance rejection control methodthan using PI control, sliding mode variable structure control superior inreducing the torque ripple and improve system performance. Finally, thedevelopment of a set of switched reluctance motor controller, which usesDSP+CPLD hardware solution,the program using C language. Theentire system is running well,the experimental results verify thecorrectness of the simulation analysis.
