| Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has the advantages of simple and solid structure,small starting current and large starting torque.At present,it has been widely used in many fields,such as textile equipment,coal mine equipment,household appliances,intelligent transportation and so on.However,due to its double salient structure,it has the problem of large torque ripple,which seriously affects its further popularization and application.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the torque ripple suppression method of switched reluctance motor.At present,a lot of research has been carried out on how to effectively suppress the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor,and a variety of methods have been proposed.Among them,the direct instantaneous torque control method has the characteristics of simple algorithm and good robustness,which has been widely used.However,the torque ripple suppression effect of this method is affected by the use of fixed hysteresis control.Therefore,a corresponding improved control scheme is proposed in this paper to effectively overcome the above problems;At the same time,in view of the need to obtain the actual torque in real time in the torque ripple suppression control of switched reluctance motor,the traditional online torque estimation method based on analytical modeling has the shortcomings of complex model and low precision due to the use of a single model.Therefore,the corresponding solutions are also proposed in this paper,and good results are achieved.The main contents of the paper include:1.In view of the problems of complex model and low accuracy of analytical model used in on-line torque estimation of switched reluctance motor,a torque estimation method is proposed,and the proposed torque estimation method is compared with the traditional analytical model.2.Aiming at the problem of large torque ripple of Switched Reluctance Motor Based on traditional direct instantaneous torque control due to fixed hysteresis control,a direct instantaneous torque control method based on variable hysteresis PWM is proposed.The corresponding working sections of switched reluctance motor are determined,the hysteresis function corresponding to each section is established,and the parameters in the function are optimized.The specific design method of direct instantaneous torque control based on variable hysteresis function is studied,and its effect is simulated and verified.3.Taking TMS320F28335 as the core of the control system,the hardware circuit and control software design of the switched reluctance motor control system are completed,and the corresponding experimental device is developed.The experimental device is used to verify the torque ripple suppression method proposed in this paper. |
