Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of subway construction,safety accidents happen from time to time,and the unsafe behavior of people is the main reason for the accidents.Therefore,this thesis discusses the derivative relationship between influencing factors and unsafe behaviors,and on the basis of existing research,considers the functional relationship between influencing factors and unsafe behaviors,and blocks the key factors.The research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)A total of 107 subway construction safety accident cases caused by unsafe behaviors from 2002 to 2021 were collected.Python was used to classify the collected accident investigation reports and extract the relevant feature words.Combined with literature review and expert consultation,four levels of individual personnel,equipment and machinery,environment and organizational management were extracted.The set of 24 influencing factors of unsafe behaviors,such as weak safety awareness and inadequate on-site safety inspection,and 8 types of unsafe behaviors,such as entering dangerous areas,lay the foundation for subsequent research.(2)Based on the structured data of 107 subway accidents,Apriori algorithm is used to mine the strong association rules between the influencing factors of unsafe behaviors and behavior types.Then,a two-layer network model consisting of 29 nodes and 362 edges is constructed with the influencing factors and behavior types as nodes and the context of the strong association rules as edges.Combined with complex theory,the topological structure of the two sub-network models is analyzed,including degree distribution,network density,clustering coefficient and node betweenness.The results show that both sub-network models have small network characteristics,and the key nodes in the network model can be judged.(3)Based on the robustness of the network,the blocking effect is evaluated by using two indexes:network efficiency and maximum connected subgraph ratio,and on the basis of constructing a double-layer model of unsafe behavior types and influencing factors.In this process,three blocking strategies,random blocking,degree blocking and intermediate blocking,are selected,and the effects of the three blocking strategies are compared.The results show that the blocking effect is more obvious under the countermeasure mode of degree blocking and medium blocking,and the network can be quickly disintegrated.Finally,according to the blocking effect,measures and suggestions are put forward for key nodes.This study enriches the network research of influencing factors of unsafe behaviors,analyzes the relationship between influencing factors and unsafe behaviors,and compares the effects of different blocking countermeasures on the basis of this network model,which provides a reference for the management and control of unsafe behaviors.
