Abstract/Summary:
This paper takes the outlet outlet air system over the dashboard of a car as the research object,and takes the known factors influencing the optimal comfort of human body as the design basis.,a set of electric air-conditioning system for automobile is designed and developed.By adjusting the effective area,structure and adjustment angle of the air outlet,the air outlet system of the automobile air conditioner can meet the requirements of the comfort target based on the common function and performance.Through ergonomic analysis,the optimal Angle check method of the air outlet is given,and the design and position Angle of the air outlet are studied,so that the air conditioning air can not only blow to the face,chest and knee,but also not cause the discomfort of the driver and passengers.In addition,a set of more comprehensive theoretical basis and verification method for the design of the outlet outlet air system of the vehicle outlet air system is proposed.First of all,the design of the outlet air system is mainly based on the theory of ergonomics.It includes the design of the H-point of the car in ergonomics and the arrangement of the human sitting posture,the relationship between the important parameters of the outlet air system and the human body,and the layout of the outlet air system strategy.At the same time,the method of sensory quality evaluation is introduced.The layout strategy in ergonomics serves as the guiding basis and provides the theoretical basis.Sensory quality is the evaluation standard and design goal.Secondly,based on the theory of computational fluid mechanics,CFD software is used to simulate and analyze the blowing performance of of the initial layout scheme of the air outlet system,and according to the visual structure,the performance of the system is judged.Two of the results of this analysis are unqualified.They are the high limit of local Eddy current and blowing under the wind pipe.For the two unqualified items,the amendment measures are formulated and analyzed again,and the final problem is solved.Used to guide subsequent actual design and development.Then,based on ergonomics,functional definitions and performance targets are proposed.Under the guidance of CFD analysis,the structural design of the air conditioning system is mainly composed of the design of the wind direction adjustment mechanism and the wind volume adjustment mechanism.The rationality of the mechanism design and the smoothness of the mechanism’s movement have greatly improved the operating comfort of the passengers.The design of the tactile layer is designed to improve the operating touch,and the optimal design of the air duct is to reduce noise.In addition,the introduction of electric control blade automatic wind swing mechanism to further improve the passenger’s comfort.At the same time,the rationality and realizability of the design are judged by the analysis of the force of the theory and the calculation of the rigid strength.Finally,the feasibility of the wind system is analyzed.On the one hand,through the evaluation of sensory quality,the initial evaluation of consumer satisfaction is obtained.On the other hand,the performance of the system is also verified by environmental tests.At the same time,the test simulation of the whole cooling system is carried out to test the rationality of the design.
