In the face of fierce competition in the market,cost management is an important part of business management,business control of the cost of the standard determines the operating capacity and profitability.As a big country in manufacturing,manufacturing enterprises are facing an important stage of transformation and upgrading.After the manufacturing industry is relatively mature,it should focus on the management direction of enterprises,of which the cost management is crucial.Only an effective cost management model,the effective control of costs,can play the biggest advantages of enterprises,improve their competitive edge and profitability.This article is divided into three parts,from the aspects of how to determine the cost management mode,how to transform the traditional cost management mode into the modern cost management mode,how to control the cost effectively and how the cost framework can support the production operation condition.Taking XY Company as an example,The actual use of lean cost management model for research.First of all,the second chapter introduces the related concepts of cost management.Need to understand the relationship between cost and cost management,cost management system,model and the main content of the composition,as XY company is committed to implementing the lean cost management model,the need for special understanding of the basic principle of lean cost management and theoretical structure.In addition,in the third chapter,the cost management mode and its operation status of XY company used in automation equipment production are investigated,including two parts.The first is the basic situation of the company,namely,the company's scale,operation,organization structure,main products;The second is the company's implementation of cost management,that is,the choice of the company's production mode,the cost management model to determine and the main content.Finally,the fourth chapter as a core part of the XY company's cost management for further investigation of the findings,in this chapter is also divided into four modules.First,it explains the operational advantages formed by XY's current lean cost management model.Second,it analyzes the problems that XY company uses lean cost management in a relatively short period of time.Third,it analyzes the specific reasons for the existing problems;Fourth,in response to the analysis of the existing problems and their causes,corresponding practical solutions should be put forward.By studying the lean production mode implemented by XY Company,this paper hopes to disseminate the idea of lean production and lean cost management by point and surface,and provides some reference for the cost management mode of manufacturing equipment manufacturing enterprises in this category.The continuous growth of benefits.
