In the process of urbanization in China, the extensive and single-function development mode of closed residential areas has brought about such problems as life inconvenience,job-housing imbalance, space separation, and environmental pollution.High-density mixed-use residential area is considered as an important means to solve this problem. However, most theories of mixed-use residential areas are based on qualitative analysis. There is no quantitative explanation of the extent to which mixeduse residential area needs to be mixed. These theories answered “why” instead of“what”.Therefore, this paper makes quantitative research on the function ratio of mixed-use residential areas and relevant indicators,to complement and improve the theory of mixed-use residential areas,as well as provide basis and reference for the construction of the mixed-use residential area. The paper consists of five chapters.Chapter one is the introduction, which explains the background, development, purpose, significance, object, and method of the study.Chapter two expounds the basic concepts of the mixed-use residential area from the aspects of concept discrimination, significance and influence, functional organization, scale type and function ratio.Chapters three and four are the core content of this paper.Chapter three makes a quantitative analysis of function ratio impact factor, and stablishes the multivariate regression equation between function ratio and impact factors, and realizes the reasonable prediction and estimation of function ratio.Chapter four explores the suitable index interval of function ratio through the comprehensive analysis of three methods: digital simulation, literature research and field investigation. Thus, some questions are answered, such as the proportion of residential function and industrial function in a mixed-use residential area, and what factors affect the proportion distribution.Chapter five is the conclusion. This chapter summarizes the full paper, and puts forward suggestions on mixed land and mixed-use residential area from the perspective of standardized management as well as looks forward to the future of the mixed-use residential area. |
