| Li-long housing is a new type of residence that combines Chinese and western elements in modern China.It emerged in order to solve the problem of land shortage and population explosion brought by urbanization.It built low-rise high-density townhouse with high residential comfort.The problem of too dense population still exists in modern cities.But the livability of high-rise residence is far lower than that of low-rise residence,which cannot meet people’s growing living needs.Aiming at the problem of how to build a new type of residence that can not only improve the plot ratio but also achieve high-quality living environment,this paper chooses li-long residence as the research object,analyzes its main spatial characteristics,and studies how to conduct modern interpretation to guide the innovation and reform of modern residence,so as to realize the intrinsic value of li-long residence.First of all,this paper clarified the relationship between li-long housing and concession city,made a comparative study on the development process of concession city and the general situation of li-long housing in China,and selected Shanghai and tianjin as two representative cities.Secondly,in-depth study was conducted on these two cities to sort out the historical background and development process of li-long housing,and a large number of existing cases were selected for investigation and summary.The main content of this paper is the study of spatial characteristics of li-long housing and the summary of modern interpretation strategies.In the fourth chapter,taking the li-long housing in Shanghai and Tianjin as examples,this paper analyzes the urban texture,overall layout and buildings,and summarizes four main spatial characteristics.In the fifth chapter,according to the four spatial characteristics corresponding to the four modern interpretation of the starting point,combined with the domestic excellent housing cases to summarize the design techniques,draw the final conclusion.Finally,based on the above research,the paper discusses the existing problems in modern interpretation and points out the inspiration and significance of the paper to the innovative construction of modern housing. |
