Study On Quality Evaluation System Of Landscape Engineering Project

With the increasing requirements of people’s living environment,the greening construction trend has been set off all over the country,and the landscaping enterprises around the country have sprung up like bamboo shoots,and the market competition is very fierce.Because the entrance threshold of the landscape industry is not high,many enterprises participate in the project construction without professional construction personnel and management methods,leading to the quality of some landscaping projects.landscaping enterprises want to enhance market competitiveness,must be standardized management and improving professional skills,and to the project,the evaluation is objective,scientific,accurate,is to improve the construction management standardization,premise and important way to promote the level of construction.This paper discusses the current situation of the quality evaluation of landscape engineering projects,and points out that there are four main problems in the current quality evaluation of landscape engineering projects: one is the general expression of the evaluation conclusion;Second,there is no priority in the evaluation of conclusions and problems;Third,the evaluation index is arbitrary;Fourth,it is greatly influenced by human factors.This paper expounds the purpose,content and scope of the research,is to build the construction quality evaluation system for the current domestic garden engineering construction projects.Then the paper studies the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizes the content and characteristics of landscape engineering,and summarizes the research results of the evaluation indexes and methods of engineering quality evaluation.In view of the existing problems in the quality evaluation of landscape engineering projects,a set of evaluation index system based on entropy weight and ideal point method is put forward in combination with literature research,enterprise investigation and the author’s actual work.This set of evaluation system closely around the key indicators of landscape engineering projects construction quality evaluation,determine the engineering,project management,the late maintenance three secondary indexes,quantitative indicators primarily qualitative index is complementary principle induction and screening a number of tertiary evaluation index,and then through the questionnaire survey and the single sample t-test analysis filter can meet the demand of the evaluation indexes,finally determined the including 17 indexes evaluation system.In an actual application case,the first to deal with the raw data,establishing standardized matrix,then using the entropy weight method to calculate information entropy and weights of the indexes in the system,avoids the disturbance of human empowerment and using the ideal point method to solve the degree of evaluation object and ideal solution,and eventually get quality evaluation conclusion.In this paper,Y landscape company as an example,using the new landscape engineering project quality evaluation system to the company’s 5 landscape engineering projects,and draw the evaluation conclusions.Through the analysis of the evaluation conclusions,it is proved that the evaluation system based on entropy weight and ideal point method is scientific,accurate and operable,and conforms to the research purpose set at the beginning of the paper.At the end of the paper,the innovation points and shortcomings of this research are put forward,and the prospect of this research is also given.
