As a control facility for opening and closing the drainage channel,the steel radial gate can intercept the water flow and regulate the flow,which plays an important role in the safety of the hydraulic structure and exerts great economic and social benefits in the water conservancy project.In recent years,with the development of water conservancy and hydropower industry and the improvement of industrial production level,more and more defective steel gate safety problems have attracted people’s attention.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of steel radial gate in water conservancy projects,timely safety assessment has become particularly important.Based on the actual project of a large reservoir in Jiangxi Province,this paper comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the safety status of the steel radial gate of the spillway.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A set of evaluation index system for the safety status of steel radial gates was established and divided into seven subsystems: installation quality,operation management,gate strength,gate stiffness,opening and closing capacity,corrosion and working conditions.Qualitative and quantitative methods are combined to select 21 evaluation indicators and set four safety levels.(2)The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the initial weight of the safety evaluation index of the steel radial gate.The entropy method is used to correct the initial weight and introduce the variable weight method to adjust,which not only improves the objectivity and rationality of the weight,but also Further ensure the accuracy of the comprehensive assessment results.(3)According to the established evaluation index system and index type,the comprehensive evaluation model of safety performance of arc steel radial gate based on cloud model and ideal point method is constructed,and its basic theory and application steps are elaborated,which provides a good theoretical basis for the application of engineering examples in the future.(4)Combining engineering examples,the evaluation indicators are extracted and quantified by means of on-site inspection,review calculation and three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation,and the cloud model and ideal point method are used to comprehensively evaluate and obtain The comparison between the evaluation results and the actual safety appraisal results shows that the evaluation results of the two models are basically the same,which can better reflect the actual situation of the project,and also verify the accuracy and adaptability of the two models.The safety assessment of the project provides a new approach.
