With the continuous breakthrough of key technologies of electric vehicles and the improvement of infrastructure,countries around the world have joined the ranks of electric vehicle technology and market,and the charging facilities have also developed rapidly.Due to the distribution characteristics of the charging pile,when the charging device fails during operation,it will take a lot of manpower and material resources for the determination and maintenance of the specific fault.Therefore,it is necessary to esTablelish an electric vehicle charging pile monitoring and fault diagnosis system to ensure the safety of the charging pile.In this paper,a mobile monitoring and fault diagnosis system for electric vehicle charging pile equipment is designed for the problems of electric vehicle charging pile in equipment monitoring,management and fault maintenance.Firstly,the system is analyzed for requirements and the overall structural design.The system includes three parts: cloud platform,communication module and mobile terminal.The cloud platform module is mainly responsible for processing the data of the charging pile and performing fault diagnosis.The communication module is responsible for the communication functions of each part,and the mobile terminal realizes the mobile monitoring function of the system.Secondly,introduced the cloud platform side of the system.The system adopts Alibaba Cloud server product and uses Tomcat server to realize three functional modules: application management,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.The system includes a fault diagnosis system based on binary decision graph analysis fault tree method,which realizes the fault diagnosis of charging pile.Thirdly,introduced the communication module of the system.The communication module mainly includes a communication module between the cloud platform and the daTablease server and a communication module between the cloud platform and the mobile terminal.The communication between cloud platform and the daTablease server is implemented by using JDBC,and the communication between the cloud platform and the mobile terminal is implemented by using the Servlet service.Finally,the encryption algorithm of SHA1 and DES+RSA is used to design the security of information transmission of communication modules.Fourthly,the mobile terminal of the system is introduced.The mobile terminal is based on the Android design,provides a mobile monitoring function for the charging pile,and can receive the fault order sent by the cloud platform,and simultaneously performs fault processing.The mobile terminal uses the HttpURLConnection method to perform data interaction with the cloud platform.Fifthly,testing the various functions of the system,the experimental results of the system's functional modules,data transmission modules and data storage modules have reached the expected goals,and both the system cloud platform and the mobile terminal can operate safely and smoothly.
