With the wide use of electric vehicles,more and more attention has been paid to the research of charging equipment.Electric vehicle high-power charging equipment is a kind of high-power,DC,box type charging equipment,which can adapt to the charging requirements of different power electric vehicles,and can charge multiple electric vehicles at the same time,with the following characteristics:(1)power sharing,according to the demand voltage,current and other differences of electric vehicle battery,provide corresponding power as required;(2)flexible charging,according to the electric vehicle With different models,different charging curves are made to extend the service life of the battery of electric vehicle.Aiming at this kind of equipment,this paper develops a set of state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for electric vehicle highpower charging equipment,which is used to monitor the operation state and fault condition of the equipment,diagnose and analyze the monitored faults,give corresponding diagnosis suggestions and guide the staff to maintain on site.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the significance,background,current situation and development trend of the research on the high-power charging equipment of electric vehicles are described.The requirements and scheme design of the system are put forward in turn.The feasible scheme is put forward.The system is designed as a whole,and the overall structure is described in three aspects of hardware,communication and software.Secondly,the hardware is designed according to the system scheme.According to the overall structure of the hardware,the hardware selection of the system is carried out.The appropriate charging equipment,communication equipment and monitoring equipment are selected,and the important parameters and performance of various equipment are described.Then,the communication of the system is designed.The communication mode between electric vehicle and charging pile,charging pile and high-power charging equipment,high-power charging equipment and monitoring system,and between monitoring system and server program are established,and the data message format of each communication protocol is analyzed.Then,the software of the system is designed.According to the design scheme,the development technology and platform are selected,and the database is constructed;the software structure of the system is analyzed,and the specific implementation modules are explained;the fault diagnosis model of high-power charging equipment is established by using BP neural network algorithm,and the simulation,test and analysis are carried out by using MATLAB;based on C# high-level language,the local monitoring system and server are developed Program.Finally,the system is debugged and applied,and the field operation results are given.
