| Toyota’s lean production and lean logistics have made remarkable achievements in the world.With the increasing pressure of competition in the automobile industry,Toyota’s lean production and lean logistics have become the benchmark for major manufacturing enterprises to learn.It is also regarded as a sharp tool for enterprises’ self-innovation,so that enterprises can adapt to the changing market demand faster and realize the optimal allocation of resources.There are extensive and in-depth studies on lean production and lean logistics at home and abroad,but there are still some deficiencies in application research on lean logistics planning,especially for the parts of welding line in the factory.Referring to the layout and logistics handing method of the welding line in N1 factory of T Company,this paper analyzes the current situation of the application of logistics and information flow in the welding line,summarizes the two major problems in the current production logistics application.They are the waste of inventory and handing time.Then,the paper establishes the framework of improvement for lean logistics planning and makes it clear that to solve the two problems,the improvement should be carried out from the three aspects of logistics planning in layout,parts stands and logistics system.Through the analysis of logistics application and planning problems,this paper obtains the improvement plan for the welding line in N1 factory.In terms of layout,the P-lane in traditional lean logistics is replaced by the planning improvement based on progress acceptance and construction platform,which greatly reduces the logistics inventory and is the lean logistics regulation improvement in lean logistics planning research.In terms of parts stands,the “small box” and small modular tray forms are implemented to reduce the labor hours of logistics sorting and distribution,which greatly improves the logistics efficiency in the flexible production of multiple models.In the aspect of logistics system,implement the construction of automatic outgoing function of logistics outgoing system.Through the data connection with the production instruction system,it can obtain accurate parts demand information and build the foundation for Just In Time delivery.After the implementation of scheme,through the comparison before and after,the specific effect of reducing inventory and working hours in the practical improvement is obtained,which proves the feasibility and reference value of the study on the improvement scheme. |
