Research On Green Residential Area Planning Based On Priority Of Ecological Environment

With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,China’s urbanization rate has also continued to increase.For the first time,the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has written ecological civilization in the Party Constitution,raising it to the level of basic national policy.President Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that building an ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.As the middle layer between the city and the building,the residential area has received more and more attention,and the green residential area is one of the important contents of the continuous construction and development of green buildings and ecological cities.Therefore,the research and practice of the planning and design of green settlements are of great significance for improving the quality of life,reducing urban heat islands,reducing building energy consumption,protecting natural resources and environment.In order to achieve the goal of unifying the environmental benefits and the economy,we must consider the quality of economic development while considering the speed of economic development.In order to accelerate the construction of green settlements,and advocate the transformation of human settlements to higher quality construction and green development,this paper focuses on the problems faced by the design and construction of the ecological environment of settlements,and studies the development of green settlements at home and abroad.Theory and practice,systematically introduce the evaluation standards and evaluation systems related to green settlements at home and abroad,and compare them to provide standards and basis for the planning and research of green settlements.Through the analysis of excellent green settlements cases at home and abroad,the planning and design strategies that prioritize the ecological environment in the cases are summarized,and the project practice is carried out in the actual green settlements cases to study the planning and design strategies of green settlements.Starting from the local climatic conditions,taking the ecological environment priority of settlements as the principle,the five aspects of green settlements are from the spatial layout,building layout optimization,outdoor green landscape environment,sponge settlements,renewable energy utilization and resource recycling.Discussion and analysis of planning layout,on this basis,put forward planning and design strategies and analysis and overview.
