Research On Greenway Landscape Design Strategy Based On "Ecological Priority"

Ecological priority means that "the ecological rationality of human economic activ ities takes precedence over economic and technological rationality".The essence of "ec ological priority" is to avoid the traditional development approach to economic constru ction and to shape a green development model that follows the law of balance of the ec osystem and the law of regeneration of natural resources.The traditional way of develo pment has seriously damaged the ecological environment,causing environmental pollu tion and ecological degradation.The core meaning of "ecological priority" is to put env ironmental protection in a more important position when the two are in conflict,both to protect the ecological environment and to promote economic development.As an important substrate for urban infrastructure,ecological corridors have a sign ificant impact on the ecological environment.In a period of high quality development,the uncontrolled expansion of urban land use is no longer sustainable,and a fragmented landscape pattern does not allow for better ecological benefits.An ecological design of corridor landscapes with an ecological priority approach can reverse the traditional con cept of ecological corridors.By building ecological corridors that emphasise ecological significance,integrate fragmented urban landscape patches,maintain biodiversity,kee p ecosystems healthy and realise the long-term ecological,economic and humanistic va lues of the city.The traditional classification of ecological corridors is mostly based on the functio n,form and structural differences of corridors,which fails to fully explore the ecologic al value of corridors.This thesis combines ecological qualities and corridor landscape e lements to classify corridor systems and develop corridor landscape design strategies.N anjing Three Bridges,as an area with more prominent ecological advantages,is in a po sition to carry out ecological corridor construction,which will have practical example s ignificance for other cities.In summary,this thesis is based on the concept of ecologica l priority and takes urban green corridors as the research object,using research method s such as literature research,case study and inductive reasoning to complete the followi ng three main research elements.(1)The history and research progress of green corridors at home and abroad are reviewed,the ecological priority of green corridor landscape design is explained,and t he basic theories related to it are interpreted.(2)For different ecological characteristics,the design objects of the green corri dor landscape are divided into three categories(road traffic green corridor,river water green corridor,leisure and recreation green corridor),and the corresponding landscape design strategies are proposed based on the ecological characteristics.(3)A typical case design study was carried out to investigate and analyse the Xi jiangkou section of the Nanjing Yangtze River Three Bridges Green Corridor,and a sys tematic landscape design plan was developed for the three types of green corridor lands cape proposed in Chapter 4.The above research work is a study of urban green corridors at three levels: theore tical,methodological and practical,and has three research values: firstly,it is useful in complementing the theory of corridor landscapes;secondly,at the methodological leve l,the corridor classification method proposed based on the connotation of ecological pr iority has reference application value;thirdly,at the practical level,the case study is of exemplary significance and can serve as a reference for other cities.
