Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of large-scale petrochemical and coal chemical enterprises,the scale of large-scale tower is increasing.And the tower up to1000 tons is developing towards the direction of large-scale and complexity,which puts forward higher requirements for the installation technology of tower.At present,gantry hoisting is used for large tonnage tower hoisting,which can not meet the requirements of lateral movement.And the installation flexibility is poor.Therefore,a lifting installation system is urgently needed to ensure that the tower can be lifted and moved laterally.Therefore,based on the design and analysis of the installation technology,this paper studies the control system of the large tower lifting process.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following contents:In this paper,the general situation and system design of the lifting system are studied.And the working principle of the lifting system is described in detail.The form of the tower structure is designed and analyzed.The static strength and buckling analysis of the column of the tower is completed and the static strength analysis of other structures of the lifting system is carried out.Finally,the static strength analysis and modal analysis of the whole lifting system are carried out,which verifies the rationality and reliability of the lifting system design.The measuring system of the lifting process of large towers is analyzed,and the total points are used to measure the lifting points,the initial position of the SPMT trolley and the initial position of the hinge wheel trolley.Focused on the analysis of the measuring principle of the total station,the principle of rear rendezvous and the related ATR technology for theoretical analysis,combined with the working process and the relevant dimensions of the tower to analyze the coordinated coordinate movement and measurement,to determine the relationship between the lifting displacement and the SPMT trolley walking displacement,Provide a theoretical basis for the measurement of the lifting process of large towers.The synchronization,stability and reliability of large tower lifting system are studied.According to the actual working conditions,the driving motor and main hydraulic components of the lifting process are calculated and selected.And the main components of the hydraulic system are modeled and the transfer function is calculated,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later simulation.Research on cooperative action control algorithm and model simulation analysis of large tower crane lifting process,combined with actual working conditions,design the overall plan of cooperative control of lifting process;for PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control two algorithms,in MATLAB/Simulink Compare and simulate a single lifting hydraulic cylinder,establish the corresponding hydraulic system and drive motor model in MATLAB/Simulink,and finally simulate and analyze the cooperative control system of the large tower lifting process.Through the research of this topic,it shows the feasibility of the lifting scheme and studies the cooperative control of the lifting system so that the large tower can be lifted stably and safely.This topic will help to provide new methods and ideas for the installation technology of large-scale structures in China and improve China’s comprehensive competitiveness in the field of large-scale structures installation and construction.
