Due to the continuous development and rapid development of modern information technology and the national economy,automated logistics technology can be ubiquitous in people’s lives,and automated warehouses play a vital role in all fields.Moreover,this automated three-dimensional logistics warehouse management system also has the four major characteristics of its high level of equipment automation management,good logistics management efficiency,small footprint and space,and low operating costs.Using bar code recognition technology can quickly scan the bar code of the material and obtain its information,thereby improving the efficiency of material transportation,classification and warehousing.The efficiency of warehouse management directly determines the efficiency of production and management,direct impact on business work and management.This article combines bar code recognition technology and PLC control technology to design an automated three-dimensional storage system.The entire system is composed of a material conveying system,a bar code recognition system,a three-dimensional warehouse and other parts.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The overall structure of the system is designed and researched.The automated three-dimensional storage system mainly includes a conveyor belt conveying unit,a bar code recognition system,a pneumatic manipulator unit,a stacker warehousing system and a PLC control unit,etc.,and introduces the working principle of each unit.work process.(2)The conveying device adopts advanced pneumatic manipulator technology to directly realize the grasping and handling of materials.At the same time,it uses AC servo-driven belt conveyor sensors to realize the conveying of materials,and performs functions of various conveying sensors and their conveying sensor mechanisms.Design,including pneumatic conveying sensor and its pneumatic conveying circuit,conveying sensor device,software and hardware design,etc.(3)The bar code recognition technology is adopted to realize the identification and classification of materials,detailed analysis and design of the software and hardware of the bar code recognition system,including the selection and installation of the bar code scanner,the setting and debugging of the CLV Setup software.(4)Design and research the three-dimensional warehouse and its warehousing stacker,study the structure and working principle of the stacker,and design and select the components of the warehousing system.(5)PLC is used as the general controller of the system,and a variety of software and hardware of the control system has been developed and studied.The main content includes PLC selection and communication methods,PLC I/O port allocation and PLC control.Work flow and software development,etc.,and selected some of the procedures for annotation.The system safety debugging activities have verified the safety and effectiveness of the safety test monitoring system,and can be executed as expected.This article adopts advanced equipment technologies such as bar code recognition technology,PLC control system technology and automation.Through the communication connection between the bar code recognition system and the computer and PLC,information about materials can be obtained quickly and accurately,and the transportation and transportation of materials can be carried out.Sorting and storage.The results show that this design can significantly improve the efficiency,intelligence,efficiency and automation of material storage management.It also has a certain degree of design and automation management of the warehouse management system in my country’s modern logistics service industry reference and guiding significance.
