Styrene butadiene rubber latex and acrylate latex disperse in the form of particles or droplets to form a stable emulsion,and can be mixed with cement mortar,concrete and other materials,toughness and its impact resistance.And easy construction,can be carried out in a lower temperature,humid environment,The equipment is easy to clean,store and transport,and it is safer to use.so,in this paper,polymer cement mortar is prepared by mixing different kinds(styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion and acrylate emulsion)and different mixing ways(single and double mixing),the workability,according to the test process,the basic phenomenon is that there is moisture condensation and melting cycle in the outside and inside of the sample,which is used to characterize the durability of polymer cement mortar.The corrosion resistance of marine concrete polymer cement mortar can be reflected by the sulfate corrosion resistance test.FTIR was used to analyze the microstructure of cement mortar.According to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the sample,the sample is scanned by SEM narrow focus high energy electron beam to scan the sample,used to characterize the micro-morphology of cement mortar.Conclusion as below:(1)The same amount of styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion and the same amount of styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion were selected respectively.When the content of cement mortar is less than 5%,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement mortar are positively correlated with the percentage of emulsion.When the blending amount is10% to 15%,the flexural compressive strength is still proportional to the content of the emulsion,but the increase is less than 5%.The strength of the mixing of the two emulsions is higher than the strength of the same single-blended emulsion.(2)Carry out durability test and other analysis of samples.After 25 and 50 cycles,the mass loss rate does not exceed the specified percentage.In the freeze-thaw cycle test,25 and 50 cycles,the compressive strength loss rate does not exceed the specified percentage.According to the standard freeze-thaw cycle test meets the requirements.The corrosion resistance coefficients after 30 and 60 sulphate dry-wet cycles are higher than the specified coefficients.Therefore,the dry-wet cycle resistance of polymer cement mortar to sulfate can meet the requirements of the code.The maximum water seepage pressure value of the polymer cement mortar is 4.2 MPa,and the maximum water seepage pressure value of the blank group cement mortar is 1.9 MPa,and the water seepage pressure has been significantly increased.(3)The microscopic analysis(scanning electron microscopy and FT-IR)analysis of the polymer cement mortar sample shows that as the amount of emulsion increases,it is beneficial to the production of hydration products,but when it reaches a certain amount,it will inhibit hydration.The production of the product.However,when the content reaches a certain level,the generation of hydration products will be inhibited.The FT-IR analysis,it can be seen that the increase in the amount of emulsion does not have much effect on the types of hydration products.Marine Concrete...
