With the rapid development of science and information technology,the number of advanced equipment on ships is increasing.While providing rich information to driver,it also brings greater challenges to ship operators.The equipment is becoming more and more automated,and higher requirements are placed on ship operators.In order to reduce the influence of human factors and maximize the safety of the operators,it is necessary to develop a set of ship handling simulator driving and control equipment.The driving control equipment varies from ship to ship,and the driving control equipment of various simulators is often equipped with different them due to different ship types and purposes.In order to solve this problem,while improving the work efficiency of the driver and ensuring the safe navigation of the ship,this paper has carried out the research on the key technology of the ship handling simulator control equipment simulation system.First of all,this article explains the research background of the ship handling simulator and the research content and significance of the key technology of the driving control equipment simulation system.It studies the development history,current situation and trend of the ship handling simulator control equipment simulation system at home and abroad.The research objects,technologies and results of the driving control system,communication system,motion simulation system and trainer system involved in the ship handling simulator driving and control equipment are analyzed,and the types and requirements of the ship handling simulator control equipment are analyzed and designed.A set of integrated driving control simulation test system program was developed.Then,on the basis of the comprehensive driving control simulation test system scheme,the thruster simulation console was developed,and the equipment simulation signal acquisition design system based on single-chip microcomputer and PLC-based signal acquisition system were designed and developed.The embedded control system scheme is used to collect the control signals of the console equipment.Analyze the hardware configuration of the single-chip control system according to the hardware equipment interface,then carry out the car clock module interface scheme and detailed wiring design,and finally simulate it through the software programming of the lower computer.The PLC signal acquisition system adopts the control system plan to acquire the control signal of the console equipment.According to the hardware equipment interface,analyze the hardware configuration of the PLC control system,and then carry out the PLC interface equipment plan and detailed wiring design.Finally,the operating state of the driving control equipment is simulated through the software programming of the lower computer.Finally,the communication program of the thruster simulation console was developed,and the laboratory’s semi-physical thruster simulation console was used to verify the ship handling simulator control equipment software developed in this subject.The experimental results show that the data transmission and operation monitoring functions of the upper computer and the driving control equipment can be realized.The upper computer program of each system is called through the software,and the operation data reading,writing and bidirectional data exchange of the control console equipment can be realized.
