Study On Optimization Strategy Of Outdoor Environmental Of Unit-Type Old Residence Under The Guidance Of Health

The Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy and society have developed by leaps and bounds.Urban planning has been transformed from incremental planning to inventory planning.Optimizing urban functional structure and improving urban spatial quality have become the key work of urban construction at the present stage.As an important part of the city,the unit-type old residential area has a large number and a wide range,with a series of prominent problems such as poor environmental comfort,chaotic transportation organization,outdated facilities and so on.It has been unable to meet the growing living needs of residents,and the external environment needs to be optimized and updated urgently.The urban built environment and social environment are closely related to the physical and mental health of residents,and the air pollution and environmental deterioration caused by "urban disease" make residents pay more and more attention to personal and social health problems,and residents’ demand for healthy life is also growing day by day.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study and discuss the optimal design strategy of the external environment of the old unit-type residential area from the perspective of health.Based on the unit type of old residential areas as the research object,first of all,in combing the domestic and foreign about the healthy cities and healthy community,renewal and transformation and settlements outside environment,on the basis of research status quo,depending on the type of residents’ health needs and health activities,clear the settlements outside the mechanism of action of environmental health of residents,combined with detailed interpretation of the relevant evaluation system and standards at home and abroad,Extracted the health oriented external environment elements and building points,as the theoretical basis and research basis of this paper.Second,xi ’an typical unit type of old residential areas,through on-the-spot investigation,chart analysis,questionnaire investigation method to its external environment such as the present situation,the residents’ satisfaction and willingness of optimization and so on has carried on the thorough analysis,than residential external environment factors and construction key points,summed up the health unit type under the old settlements of external environment factors and core elements,And from the overall level and the core elements-place space two parts to summarize the pathological problems of such residential environment.Finally,under the guidance of optimization objectives,principles and contents,from the material environment and spiritual environment,implementation safeguard mechanism three aspects put forward type unit outside the old residential environment of the overall optimization strategy,and from the activity space,green space,traffic space and facilities services space on four aspects,such as core elements-places space specific optimization strategy is proposed.Taking the Taiyi Road Community of China Railway Group as an example,the paper puts forward a space optimization scheme and discusses the feasibility of the health of the outside environment of the old unit-type residential area in Xi ’an.The purpose of this paper is to create a supportive and healthy living environment for the old residential units,to meet the healthy living needs of residents,in order to explore the way to optimize the external environment of the old residential units,and to provide reference for the related research from the same perspective.
