Research On Green Renewal Design Of Residential Houses In New Immigrant Villages In Yinchuan Area

During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period,people in mountainous areas with fragile ecological environments in central and southern Ningxia implemented ecological migration projects and built a large number of modern new residential buildings.Immigration involves not only the change of residence,but also the improvement of production and living conditions and the adjustment of living habits.In the face of rapid planning and construction in a short period of time,the new villages of immigrants did not pay attention to the application of regional culture in traditional houses.Under the new situation of vigorously promoting green ecological houses,ecological technology has not been effectively applied.Function,environment and other aspects have been difficult to meet the needs of use.Under these backgrounds,in order to avoid more residential problems caused by the spontaneous renewal of residential buildings,it is urgent to conduct research on the existing residential houses in new immigrant villages,and build on the basis of existing immigrant new villages.It is of more practical significance to study the new model of the future development of new village dwellings.Supported by the special sub-project "Green Building Model and Technical System in Northwest Desert Area" under the national key research and development plan of"Thirteenth Five-Year","Green Building Model and Technical System in Western Regions Based on Multi-cultural For the purpose of the design,first conduct research on the traditional residential houses of immigrants in Yinchuan area,focus on its green construction model,conduct extensive research,and summarize and organize the traditional residential construction models;secondly,conduct research on immigrant houses in new villages around Yinchuan.Sort out its basic building materials and conduct a preliminary analysis;again,research the ecological performance of the new village dwellings from the level of regional culture,village planning and building monomers,and use green performance simulation software as an auxiliary research tool to explore and summarize the immigrants.The existing construction strategy of new village dwellings is compared with traditional dwellings;finally,combining the local green building design standards and the previous analysis,a green renewal design strategy is proposed for the immigrants’ new village dwellings,and on this basis,it analyzes and interprets the local ecological demonstration new village cases to study them The application and innovation of traditional dwellings are expected to arrive at an optimal solution suitable for the green renovation of new immigrant villages in Yinchuan,providing a reference for the renewal of local dwellings in new villages,and also providing theoretical support for the construction of new immigrant villages in the future.
