Research On Transformation Route Of Community Service Facilities For The Aged Reformed By Existing Buildings In Xi’an

According to the data,the aging population over 60 years old accounts for 18.7%of the total population in 2020,and the proportion of China’s aging population has increased by nearly 5.5% in the past ten years.China proposed to build an elderly care service system with the coordination of "home,community and institution" and the combination of medical care and health care,and encourage the integration and utilization of existing resources to develop community embedded elderly care,in order to solve the elderly care problem caused by the massive growth of the elderly population in urban existing communities.At present,Xi’an is still in the early stage of exploration in the use of existing resources to transform and construct community pension facilities.At present,the types of transformation practice cases that have been put into use are complex,the transformation methods are diverse,and the transformation construction standards,service objects and service contents are not unified.In this context,through systematic research,this paper comprehensively collects and collates the basic information of all kinds of transformed community endowment service facilities in Xi’an,fully understands the overall status of such facilities in Xi’an,and makes a preliminary research and Exploration on its transformation path,which has carried out the framework construction and basic research for the development of transformed community endowment service facilities in Xi’an.In this paper,62 representative sample cases in Xi’an city are selected,and the existing building original function type,transformation mode type and facility type after transformation are studied.Four original function types,two transformation mode types and six facility types after transformation are summarized,The characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of various types of pension service facilities were studied.After that,this paper studies the current situation of six different types of existing buildings in the transformation of community elderly care facilities,including the administrative region of the facilities,the location in the community and buildings,the types of buildings before the transformation,the transformation methods,the functional configuration,the spatial layout,the scale of facilities and other characteristics,and summarizes the existing transformation paths of various types of facilities.Finally,combined with the existing problems in the operation and use,the paper puts forward the transformation principles of Xi’an transformation type community elderly care service facilities,and puts forward the preliminary strategy and research for the more suitable transformation path under the ideal conditions of various types of facilities.To provide reference for the future research and development of Xi’an city’s existing building transformation type community pension service facilities.
