| Large-scale construction and urban expansion caused increasingly intensified contradictions between construction industry energy demand,economic development and ecological environment,among which,building energy consumption and pollution seriously harm the ecological environment,restricting the development of the industry.While the initiatives of the new-type urbanization and ecological urban constantly push the social demand for environmental resources to become normal,green buildings are gradually accepted by the society and the market for their function of effectively reducing the negative environmental impact of buildings.The rise of green buildings is helpful to improve the concept of urban and rural construction in China,reduce the constraints of construction resources,help energy conservation and environmental protection strategy,and is an important carrier to promote the construction industry to abandon the old pursuit of extensive economy and transform to green,efficient,energy-saving and ecological.Whether we can draw the sustainable development blueprint of green building,we still need to explore the development mode of green building,and think about how to improve the ecological efficiency of green building.Therefore,this paper takes this as the starting point,studies the green building ecological efficiency situation,in order to help the green building high quality healthy development.This paper strictly follows the logical sequence and systematically analyzes the ecological efficiency of green buildings in China.Firstly,the ecological efficiency measurement model of green building is constructed scientifically based on three-stage super-efficiency SBM-DEA model,and take the construction resources and energy as inputs,take the economic and environmental value(non-expectation)as the outputs,and the measurement index system is established to measure green building ecological efficiency.It provides a new research perspective and technical method for the research system to establish the green building ecological efficiency measurement and analysis;Secondly,based on the theoretical and logical perspective of national,regional and interprovincial differences,from the temporal dimension,the differences of ecological efficiency of green buildings are analyzed horizontally and vertically,adopt kernel density estimation to reveal their dynamic evolution characteristics,from the spatial dimension,the spatial distribution pattern of ecological efficiency of green buildings is visualized and the spatial agglomeration and transition characteristics of green buildings in various provinces and cities are revealed by spatial autocorrelation analysis;Finally,based on the spatial measurement model,this paper clarifies the causes of ecological efficiency differences of green buildings and identifies the key influencing factors affecting the promotion path of efficiency,and reveals the relationship and degree of influence of various influencing factors on the ecological efficiency of green buildings in adjacent regions.It is devoted to provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving the local government decision-making mechanism and broaden the road of sustainable and healthy development of green buildings.The results show that the ecological efficiency level of green buildings in China is on the low side and there are significant interprovincial and regional differences,which shows that the efficiency level gap between provinces and cities is large,but the regional gap is slightly narrowed.The "transitional" spatial distribution pattern of ecological efficiency of green buildings in China is significant,accompanied by strong positive spatial correlation and agglomeration effect,and this feature is steadily enhanced over time.At the same time,the spatial autoregressive coefficient of the factors affecting the efficiency improvement path of the whole country and each region is significantly positive,and the degree of influence factors in the whole country and the three regions is different,thus formulate national and regional green building ecological efficiency promotion strategy. |
