The green building is a technological paradigm for the green innovation and development of the construction industry,formed after a long period of theoretical and practical research under the background of global resource crunch and environmental degradation.The development of green buildings is conducive to upgrading the industrial structure and realizing the green and sustainable transformation of the construction industry.It is of great significance to the green,stable and healthy development of China’s economy.Aiming at problems such as deviations in the implementation of China’s green building market policy standards and imperfect market mechanisms.Based on relevant research and practical experience at China and abroad,this paper constructs the research framework of "Efficiency Analysis-Ecological Economic Function-Evolutionary Game Strategy".The study conducts an in-depth analysis of the ecological economic role of green buildings and the game strategy of stakeholders,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of green buildings.First,this paper constructs an analysis framework for the ecological economic function of green buildings and the game strategy of stakeholders.Through the review of existing literature,the concept of green building is defined,the ecological and economic characteristics of green building are analyzed,and the environmental,social and economic benefits of green building are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of green buildings,the problems and causes of the development status of green buildings in China are studied.According to the theory of sustainable development,natural capital and ecological economic efficiency,the research expounds the feasibility and necessity of green building development.This paper proposes a research framework to enhance the ecological economic role of green buildings and promote the development of the green building market.Second,research on the mechanism of ecological economy of green buildings.Based on relevant theories,the concept of eco-economic efficiency is introduced into the evaluation system of green buildings,and an evaluation index system that considers the environmental impact of undesired outputs is constructed.The research uses the SBM-DEA model to conduct an in-depth analysis of the ecological and economic efficiency changes of China’s provincial construction industry.Through the analysis of the annual average efficiency and the evolution law and development trend of the three major regional efficiencies,the actual development of the eco-economic efficiency of China’s construction industry is revealed.On this basis,the panel vector autoregressive model is further applied to analyze the impact mechanism of green buildings on the ecological and economic efficiency of the construction industry.The research reveals the impact mechanism and path of green buildings on the eco-economic efficiency of the construction industry.Through the analysis of impulse response function and equation decomposition analysis,the impact effect of influencing factors and the future trend of action are analyzed and predicted.Then,threshold analysis is applied to measure the mechanism of regional heterogeneity of green buildings.Third,the evolutionary game strategy analysis of stakeholders in the green building market.On the basis of defining the interest boundaries of the government,developers and consumers,an evolutionary game model of multi-agent decision-making strategies in the green building market is constructed.Based on the evolution model,the dynamic game equations of stakeholders are constructed,and the evolution path of each strategy is further analyzed.Finally,through the systematic analysis of evolution and stability strategy,the strategy evolution and behavior mechanism of various stakeholders in green building market activities are revealed.Fourth,simulation analysis of evolutionary game strategy of stakeholders.Combined with the actual development of the green building market and related research,from the perspective of short-term government policies and long-term market innovation mechanism,social supervision mechanism,market collaborative governance mechanism,integrated design mechanism and institutional innovation mechanism to ensure the improvement of ecological and economic efficiency.In terms of creating a market environment that promotes the ecological and economic role of green buildings.Effective countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the industry norms,project supervision mechanism,integrity mechanism,fiscal and tax incentive policies and market cognition of the green building market.In regulating the behavior of stakeholders in the green building market.From the perspective of micro-market operation,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the individual decision-making and market behavior of market stakeholders,such as government policy guarantee mechanism,enterprise benign competition mechanism and consumer participation learning mechanism.The above countermeasures and suggestions provide reference for the promotion and practice of green building innovative development mode.Through the research of this paper,the basic concept of green building is clarified,the ecological and economic efficiency evaluation system of China’s construction industry is constructed,the analysis framework of the eco-economic action mechanism of green building is established,and the game strategy research of stakeholders is carried out.The research results demonstrate the impact mechanism and function characteristics of green buildings on the eco-economic efficiency of the construction industry,reveal the game strategy of market stakeholders,and provide a basis for the formulation of green building development strategies.
