In the context of increasing demand for multifunctional vehicles,the structural safety and reliability of the modified parts of modified vehicles are particularly important.During the working process of the swing arm dump truck,its working device bears the main load.Whether it is structural damage or fatigue damage,it will bring huge safety problems and economic losses.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the structural strength of the swing arm dump truck and the fatigue strength of the working device.This paper mainly solves the static strength analysis of the main structure and the fatigue life analysis of the working device.This paper focuses on the design and analysis of the basic working structure of the swing-arm rollover vehicle.This paper adopts two methods for structure design and performance detection,namely virtual prototype simulation and finite element analysis.Their existing theoretical knowledge is relatively mature,and advanced computer technology optimizes and detects the swing arm dump truck design method.This joint simulation method has become the mainstream method in the field of mechanical static strength analysis and fatigue strength analysis.This paper used Adams and simulated the loading condition of the swing arm dump truck.Considering that the load of the sub-frame was large and weak in structure,and prone to deformation during work,the sub-frame were regarded as the rigid body and the flexible body respectively,and the chassis and the rigid and soft coupling dynamics model of the sub-frame were simulated respectively.Compared with the load spectrum of the key position of the simulation,the rigid and soft coupling dynamics model of the flexible body is more suitable.Combined on dynamic simulation results and actual working conditions,static simulation is carried out under dangerous working conditions and finite element software to ensure that its dynamic characteristics meet the requirements.Based on Ncode fatigue analysis software and the fatigue analysis of nominal stress analysis,the boundary load spectrum is the fatigue load spectrum.
