Dump truck is one of the most important transportation facilities inthe giant strip mines. The 220 tons dump truck exploited by XEMC is thebiggest domestic dump truck, its hydraulic system is innovated in boththeory and components, and the hoisting hydraulic system is controlledby a valve block integrated by a series of two-ways cartridge valves andother valves instead of the special valve used on abroad dump truck ,andthe pump station combined by a load sensing variable displacement pumpand a vane pump can save more energy. It’s the first time to usetwo-ways cartridge valves on the dump truck and the theory research ofthe new hydraulic system is rare. With the theory analyzing, the modelingand simulation of the system, the working properties of the hoistinghydraulic system are found out. The load sensing system is composed bythe steering and braking hydraulic loop and the load sensing pump. Theresearch about the properties of the hoisting system and the load sensingsystem provides theory supports of the improving, optimizing the system, reducing the system impact, improving the dynamics capability of thesystem and the system efficiency and increasing production. And it ismeaningful and useful. The thesis includes below items:1. Analyzing the parameters and the thermal balance of the system.2.Deducting the mathematic model and modeling the simulation modelof the major components such as electrically operated hydraulicvalves, two-ways cartridge valves, hoisting hydraulic cylinder andpumps, and constructing the entire simulation models based on thesystem theory. Finding out the dynamics properties of the system, analyzing the impact of the parameter changing upon the systemdynamic properties, selecting appropriate parameters for thecartridge valves to improving the opening and closing properties andreducing the system impact.3.Analyzing the theory of the load sensing system and running the simulation model, finding out the static and dynamic properties and the influence of the parameter changing upon the system static and dynamic properties.4.Comparing the results of simulation experiment with the results of three months probation running experiment, the feasibility of applying two-ways cartridge valves in the hoisting hydraulic system and the correctness of modeling the mathematic and the simulation model is proved.
