Research On Protection Strategy And Technology Of Taiyuan Modern Cultural Relic Buildings Based On Value Evaluation

The number of immovable cultural relics in Shanxi Province ranks first in the country,including a large number of cultural relics.Taiyuan is the capital of Shanxi Province and a famous historical and cultural city in China.The protection of cultural relics has become an important measure for the cultural development of Taiyuan.The protection of cultural relic buildings mainly focuses on the attention of ancient buildings,while there is little excavation of the value of a large number of modern cultural relic buildings in continuous use.At present,there is a lack of corresponding academic research and protection practice.Due to the lack of scientific evaluation standards and comprehensive guidance methods,the process of protecting and utilizing modern cultural relics often relies on experience and intuition,which inevitably leads to the destruction of a large number of modern cultural relics.Based on the practical needs of the protection and evaluation of modern cultural relic buildings,through the comprehensive value evaluation of the current situation of modern cultural relic buildings in Taiyuan,this paper uses scientific evaluation as a means to solve the problems in the protection and utilization of modern cultural relic buildings,and takes value as the core to promote the institutionalization and rationalization of the evaluation and protection of modern cultural relic buildings.This paper is based on the research idea of "putting forward problems-analyzing problems-solving problems-guiding practice".First of all,the research background,objectives and significance of the paper are elaborated,and the research object of the paper is the modern cultural relic buildings in Taiyuan.Secondly,through the analysis and research of the relevant theories,laws and regulations and system standards at home and abroad,it summarizes the deficiencies in the evaluation,identification,protection and utilization of modern cultural relic buildings in China.Then,it studies and summarizes the types,distribution and protection levels of modern cultural relics in Taiyuan,and summarizes the architectural characteristics and current problems of modern cultural relics according to the survey data.Based on the characteristics of modern cultural relics in Taiyuan City,this paper tries to build a comprehensive evaluation system of modern cultural relics in Taiyuan city by referring to the relevant research at home and abroad and the current standards,combined with expert advice,and then extracts and selects the important indicators.The index system consists of three first level indexes(humanistic and historical value,architectural noumenon value,social and economic value),eight second level indexes(historical value,cultural value,indoor and outdoor environment,architectural structure,equipment and facilities,architectural skills,social and economic value)and 23 third level indexes.It comprehensively evaluates the value of modern and contemporary cultural relic buildings in Taiyuan,and determines their protection and development The key direction of repair.Finally,the paper summarizes the protection strategy and restoration technology of modern cultural relic buildings in Taiyuan city and even Shanxi Province,and puts forward the restoration technology of modern cultural relic buildings in Taiyuan city and the policy protection measures of cultural relic buildings.Taking the former site of Shanxi University,a national key cultural relic protection unit,as a case,this paper evaluates its value,and summarizes the corresponding protection strategies and technical measures according to the evaluation results.
