| Energy is indispensable for mankind.With the consumption of non-renewable energy,mankind began to look for renewable and clean energy.The realization of nuclear fusion can provide mankind with endless clean energy.EAST is a device independently developed in China.Neutral beam injection is often used in auxiliary heating.The NBI(100KV/100A)power supply consists of 144 PSM power modules.The threephase input voltage of a single PSM power module is 570 V,which can reach up to 800 V when there is no load.A single PSM power module has problems such as non-adjustable output voltage,low accuracy,and large ripple rate.NBI high voltage power supply(HVPS)can increase the output voltage step by step by investing a large number of PSM modules,and the voltage accuracy can be improved.Connecting a regulated power module in series with the output of a single PSM power module can improve voltage accuracy,reduce ripple,and increase the adjustable range of output voltage.In the experiment,it can reduce the investment of PSM power module,which is of great significance.The thesis takes the 750V-800 V continuously adjustable fast voltage stabilized PSM power module main circuit as the design content and research object,and introduces the design of the main circuit in detail.The specific content is as follows:1)First,analyzing the main functions of the module and selecting the electronic components of the main circuit according to the requirements,and the three working modes of the designed module are mathematically modeled and analyzed;2)Then select the topology of the voltage regulating power supply module.Through comparing BUCK,BOOST,CUK,and single-ended flyback converters,the paper makes a comparative analysis,and finally determines the BUCK topology as the topological structure of the voltage regulating power supply and its working mode;3)The components of the main circuit are calculated and selected in detail.Including rectifier bridge,switching tube IGBT,transformer and DC voltage regulating filter network,most of the device selection,at the same time a buffer protection circuit is designed for the switching tube;4)Three-phase grid voltage fluctuations,component parameter changes,and load mutations will all affect the stable operation of the BUCK regulated power supply.Therefore,the paper designs a lead-lag compensation network based on the Bode diagram of the system;5)A prototype is designed and developed in the article.Through MATLAB simulation and experiments,the correctness of the residential road design of the fast voltage stabilized PSM power supply module is verified. |
