In recent years,to the implementation of a series of favorable policies,such,as the national agricultural tax relief,electrical home appliances to the countryside,to reduce the rural household electricity prices,the rural areas demand increased year by year,and with the development of new rural industrial and agricultural,the power structure and the reactive voltage characteristics at the same time a significant change.The rural power grid structure and the lagging development of reactive compensation equipment,made reactive load imbalance between supply and demand has become increasingly serious.The customer complaint rate of the low voltage power supply continue to rise,cause great influence to customer satisfaction.Considering the new power structure under low voltage of rural distribution network,the urgent need to speed up the upgrading of rural power distribution network reactive voltage deployment strategy.At present,the domestic related to the distribution network reactive compensation configuration rules is just for different voltage levels given range of the ratio of capacity,in the face of complicate structure,scattered load distribution for each area,with reactive configuration for each point difficulty is relatively large.Therefore,in combination with the practical situation of rural power grids and the present condition of the low voltage,carry on the corresponding configuration of reactive power compensation and reactive voltage regulation will appear very key.This article through to the current rural low voltage power distribution network topology structure and the operation characteristics of in-depth research,the establishment of rural typical rack 10 kv distribution network model,tower single point of reactive power compensation and the low voltage side of distribution transformer in reactive compensation,in the optimal allocation of reactive power compensation calculation.Contrast configuration results under different operation modes,through the sensitivity of the parameter accurately grasp the characteristics of the specific impact of reactive power compensation configuration parameters,thus seeking to two main means of reactive power compensation for rural distribution network configuration.A rural distribution network segmentation method of reactive voltage control together put forward,the method by determining the rural 10 kv distribution line installation position and the capacity of reactive power compensation device,at the same time,through the reactive voltage step by step adjustment strategy,perfect the compensation device in the network as a whole the area all collaborative low voltage reactive power supply control,as far as possible to meet in the balance of reactive power,Improve the state of low voltage.Examples of simulation show that the rural low voltage reactive power Regulation and configuration method has ideal effect,on the practicability and operability has important engineering application value.
