Nowadays, regional power grid is gradually expanding, and the power load is increasing rapidly. Distributed Generation on Power is increasing. At the same time, there are many problems that Configuration Scheme on Reactive-load Compensation is unreasonable, operating condition is not balanced and Reactive power load is increasing rapidly in the system that these problems can lead that reactive power flow of reactive power in regional power grid, voltage imbalance and equipment control is limited. The key to the problem is including improving AVC and increasing reactive power compensation method.The paper summarizes the current situation about large power grid reactive voltage control from management mechanism and run configuration.The problems of management operation,voltage quality and reactive power allocation of regional power grid are analyzed and explained in this paper,and it points out the current problems of operation mismatch and planning mismatch.Base on the managing privileges of power grid.regulation goal and AVC strategy,the paper analyzes the mechanism of reactive voltage regulate and control mismatch.To reflect the state of power grid voltage regulation of the threshold voltage added to the local voltage correction strategy constitutes the mismatch criterion.Established the mismatch risk assessment model to achieve the normal mode of substation priority to assist the lower power grid regional voltage regulation,the special way to give priority to assist the deployment of the upper power grid.Finally,through the analysis of the contradiction between a limited number of reactive power compensation in the substation and too large of the single group. We come up with a reasonable plan of comprehensive flexible reactive power compensation for discrete and continuous phase fusion in 220kV substation. The plan also include upgrading reactive power compensation device configuration, reaching reactive power compensation. So it can solve the precision problem of steady-state voltage control of terminal power system and the transient voltage stability problem and finally it can be realized by experiments and simulation.
