As a kind of new energy transportation in the future, electric vehicles have attracted more and more people's attention and became the key of automotive industry sustainable development. The charging stations are important supporting infrastructures of electric vehicle, which can provide services such as energy supply,maintenance and so on. At present,the relatively lagging charging facilities have become development bottleneck in electric vehicle industry. We should build up a group of charging facilities immediately, which is very important to electric vehicle promotion and popularity. Against the background of lacking charging facilities, this topic conducted research on the layout planning and operation of power battery charging station network.Based on the summary of some relative research achievements at home and abroad,this paper aimed at electric vehicle charging stations, and researched on the charging station layout planning and site selection, operation, power battery distribution and waste power battery recycling. The main contents of this paper can be divided into five parts as follows.(1) Research on general layout planning of electric vehicle charging station network. The problems about the general layout planning were proposed, including determining electric vehicle charging mode, analyzing its charging demand and determining charging scale. Based on analyzing the factors and principle of charging station service network layout, the charging station service network was constructed,the demand forecast method was provided and the general layout planning was completed.(2) Research on site selection of electric vehicle charging station. The principle of electric vehicle charging station site selection was analyzed, and then the mathematic model of candidate station site problem under the consideration of having candidate station site or not were built up. If there was no candidate station site, the spatial clustering method was used to solve the problem. If there were candidate station sites,the problem could be solved by game theory method. The multi-level fuzzy evaluation method was used to resolve the evaluation of electric vehicle charging station site.(3) Research on commercial operation of electric vehicle charging station network.First, the current electric vehicle commercial operation mode and its problem were analyzed. Then the charging station construction bodies and operation system were analyzed. At last the charging service price and suitable strategies of charging station development were researched.(4) Research on power battery distribution in exchange mode. The battery distribution network in exchange mode was constructed. After analyzing the network operating mode,the battery distribution scheduling model and studied its algorithm were built. At last,the electric vehicle battery interface standardization issues was analyzed , which must be solved to promote exchange mode development.(5) Research on electric vehicle waste power battery recycling. Electric vehicle power battery environmental issue was discussed and the recycling technology was studied as well. Base on the analyzing of waste power battery recycling standardization issues, the waste power battery recycling system were built.
