China as a major power energy consumption and carbon emissions country,its increasingly serious environmental pollution problems,especially the car market pressure of energy and environmental pollution problems,received extensive attention from all walks of life.At the same time,with the improvement of living standard,people concerned about their living environment and travel experience more and more.So looking for alternative clean energy becomes the important development direction of the car industry in the future.In order to promote "green travel" to reduce carbon dioxide emissions,Beijing takes the lead in demonstrating the use of pure electric taxis in the public sector Compared with the traditional taxi,pure electric taxi can save energy and protect environment.But there is a gap in the mileage and energy supply time of pure electric taxis.Therefore,in order to promote the pure electric taxi better,and insure the operating efficiency of pure electric taxi,the charging station layout planning should be match with pure electric taxi applications.This paper introduces the significance of promoting the pure electric taxi from the two aspects of energy and environment.The key to promoting the pure electric taxi is charging problems.Layout the pure electric taxi charging station reasonably can ensure the efficient operation.It can reduce the time cost of the pure electric taxi driver looking for the charging station and finding passengers after the charging is completed.Secondly,this paper starts from the actual operation of Tongzhou District,introducing the operating characteristics of pure electric rental,the idea of layout planning of pure electric taxi charging station,and the influencing elements.Pointed out that the pure electric taxi charging station layout planning should meet the actual pure electric taxi charging needs.Based on the requirements of electric taxis charging station layout planning principles,establishment charging station layout planning optimization model.This model take the minimum total social cost as the objective function.The total social cost takes into account the interests of both the charge station operator and the pure electric taxi driver.In this paper,the corresponding particle swarm algorithm and Voronoi diagram are used to soive the model.This paper establishes the optimal configuration model for the charging machine aimed at achieving the optimal allocation of resources based on the theory of queuing theory optimization.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Tongzhou District,the Matlab program is used to verify the model and design algorithm.The social cost of different charging station layout planning is obtained,and the scheme with the lowest social cost is chosen as the optimal planning scheme.In this paper,combined the charging station site and the location of the demand for charging in the optimal solution,with the actual situation in Tongzhou comprehensive analysis.In this paper,the optimal layout of the charging station layout and the designed particle swarm algorithm and the Voronoi diagram can be used to obtain the optimal layout scheme of the charging station.It is proved that the model proposed in this paper is feasible and provides a reference for the planning of charging stations in Tongzhou District.
