| The emergence of earthen architecture is one of the important symbols of human beings from primitive to civilization.It is widely distributed in all regions of the world and is one of the architectural types with the longest existence.Has a dimension of raw soil buildings in our country,to protect these ancient buildings are need to be considered "old as before,not change the original",avoid the risk of damage to protective,so before there are no reliable protection technology,should be adopted and the protection of ancient buildings suitable material,the intensity is high and environmental protection modified mud is particularly important.Northwest China is relatively backward in economy,lack of forest resources and fragile ecological environment.As residential buildings in this region,raw earth buildings have a long-term development prospect and great potential as green building materials in the new era.The poor mechanical property of raw earth material is the bottleneck of its application.The biggest shortcoming of adobe masonry is poor aseismic property.Therefore,in order to inherit this precious building type,it is necessary to fundamentally improve its mechanical properties,that is,to modify the raw earth material,so as to improve the shear strength of adobe masonry.At present,there is no corresponding shear test standard for adobe masonry along through joints,and most domestic studies refer to the shear test specimens of ordinary sintered brick in China,namely 9-brick shear test specimens.Because traditional adobe masonry size big,from big,low intensity,lead to use common brick,9 brick pieces of shear specimens will be handling the installation is difficult,and there are natural mud mortar joint after installation has been under large shear bearing capacity and other issues,seriously affect the test results and the test efficiency,therefore,to explore the raw soil base of adobe masonry along the seam through shear test standard specimen is particularly important.This research first together with the team to make modification adobe bricks and clay brick,the corresponding block material for building adobe masonry,according to the specification of adobe bricks on the compressive strength test,in view of the traditional masonry mud after caking property is poor,low intensity of defects were modified,and to explore the modification of compatible with modified clay brick masonry mud,passed the test of the workability,water absorption test,Shrinks and compressive strength tests were carried out to study the modification effect of modified materials with different proportions on the mud,and the modified mud with better performance was screened out.Compared with plain mud,the compressive strength of No.2 colloid linen modified masonry mud increased by 64% and its shrinkage decreased by 3.64%,and it was easy to construct and make.Secondly,the shear test of 6 kinds of test specimens was carried out.It was found that the 4 brick specimens were stable in data,light in weight and small in volume,with high operability.The stress state was ideal,reasonable and stable,and they were short-seam specimens.It is suitable to be used as the standard specimen of shear test.Finally,by 4 bricks for shear test specimens to further screening of modified mud,mud all increase the shear strength of adobe masonry,including 2 rubber modified hemp masonry mud corresponding modification of adobe masonry shear strength increased by 171.8% on average,and are mixed,can give full play to the mechanical properties of modified clay brick.No.2 modified mud is an ideal modified mud with a cement ratio of 15,0.3%hemp yarn,which can greatly improve the shear strength of the modified adobe masonry and give play to the mechanical properties of the modified adobe brick. |
