As a kind of through structure bridge,trough beam is mostly used in rail transit.It has the advantages of low building height and good noise reduction effect.Due to the poor mechanical performance at the junction of the concrete web and the bottom plate,it is easy to crack and the beam has a large weight.A new type of composite structure bridge-corrugated steel web composite trough beam is proposed.In this paper,a composite trough beam is tested,finite element simulation and theoretical research.The main contents and results of the research are as follows:(1)The static failure test of the corrugated steel web composite trough beam is carried out,and the failure characteristics of the test beam under external load are analyzed.The main results are: when the test beam reaches the failure state,the longitudinal compressive strain of the flange plate concrete mid-span reaches 1 198με,and the longitudinal tensile strain of the bottom plate mid-span steel bar reaches 2534.6με;when the load reaches 120 k N,cracks appear in the middle span of the bottom plate,and the beam body When it reaches the failure state,there are a lot of cracks in the bottom plate and the concrete falling off.During the test,the corrugated steel web did not show buckling failure.(2)Use finite element software to analyze the key mechanical behaviors of corrugated steel web composite trough beams,and carry out parametric analysis of the finite element model.The steel flange width,steel web thickness and the number of prestresses are compared to composite trough beams.The results show that when the width of the steel flange plate reaches 170 mm,the bearing capacity is increased by 12% compared with 130 mm.Changing the thickness of the corrugated plate has less effect on the ultimate bearing capacity.The ultimate bearing capacity of the stress tendons is increased by 18%.Theoretical research on the flexural bearing capacity of composite trough beams with corrugated steel webs is carried out,and the theoretical calculation value is compared with the experimental value and the finite element simulation value.It is found that the three are relatively close.(3)The concrete bottom plate is the weak link of the corrugated steel web composite trough beam,which will limit its advantages.In order to further improve the mechanical properties of the cross-section,the design and optimization of the composite structure and ultra-high performance concrete are proposed as the bottom plate.Through calculation and analysis It can be seen that these two cross-sectional forms can effectively improve the bearing capacity and lateral force performance of the combined trough beam.
