Landscape Planning And Design Of Healthy Community Based On ’Steady State’ Theory

Aging has become an inevitable practical problem in the development of our country.Under the aging trend,the proportion of elderly residents in the community is increasing year by year.Most elderly people are no longer limited to the basic living and viewing functions of the community,but yearn for better community environmental quality.In the aspect of community landscape construction,China has formed a relatively complete planning and design process by drawing on the experience of predecessors and excellent cases at home and abroad.Based on the steady-state theory,this paper puts forward the research conception and planning application of the landscape construction of health community based on the steady-state theory through the methods of literature research and data sorting.In addition,combining with the excellent cases at home and abroad,in order to maintain the steady state,we can learn from and use the ecological technology means in other projects to provide theoretical support and feasibility ideas for the subsequent landscape planning and design of health care community.First of all,this paper expounds China’s aging situation and the actual demand for health community landscape,and from the types of health community,landscape and other aspects of classification comparison and research.Secondly,based on the steady-state theory,the overall conception and summary of the landscape planning and design of the health community are carried out,and the principles,methods and technical means that should be followed in the landscape planning and design of the health community based on the steady-state theory are summarized.Finally,taking Luquanyi · Shengkang Community as an example,based on the steady-state theory,it fully considers the physical and mental needs of the elderly,the practical functions of the site and the viewing and health care functions of the landscape,so as to seek to achieve the internal steady-state of people and the landscape system,and organicly connect people with the steady-state of the landscape system to carry out the project practice.
