With the rapid development of urban rail transit, a lot of tunnels were put into use. It caused social universal attention to properly evaluate the safety status of tunnels and give early warning. Most related research at present stays on qualitative analysis. For this reason, on the basis of seeking large amount of references and several investigations, this paper combined theory research and system development and took deep research on comprehensive monitoring and early warning model and system.Firstly, on the basis of seeking large amount of references and several investigations, the author summed up the development situation of the effecting factors of tunnel safety status, threshold value determination method and comprehensive monitoring and early warning method and system of tunnel.Secondly, this paper researched the tunnel comprehensive deformation threshold, adopted orthogonal experiment method, numerical calculation with finite difference method, multivariate nonlinear fitting technique and then determined the computing method of the tunnel comprehensive deformation threshold.Thirdly, tunnel safety status assessment and early warning model and tunnel final deformation forecasting model was put forward and the tunnel evaluation and early warning method was presented.Finally, on the basis of the analysis of functional and non-operation demand of Tunnel Comprehensive Monitoring and Early Warning System, this paper presented the design process of the logical structure, physical structure, functional structure and database and then described the key technology and implementation steps in detail.
