With the rapid development of transportation industry in our country,there are a large number of tunnel and underground engineering constructions.The safety of constructions has become increasingly prominent problem during the construction process.Risk management,monitoring measurement,early warning management as important methods of safety ensuring tunnel construction and design guiding are important to prevent and control the typical risk of tunnel construction,reduce the typical risk loss,and improve the economic benefit and social benefit.Combined with the science and technology projects of guang dong province transportation department,which is “the research of automatic monitoring during the tunnel construction and safety risk early warning system”,by consulting a large number of the relevant literature,analyzing the domestic and foreign research status of risk management and early warning management during the tunnel construction,considering the comprehensive evaluation,the monitoring measurement and other aspects,this paper studied on typical risk early warning during the tunnel construction.The following research work has been carried out:(1)The paper analyzed the main influencing factors of the collapse risk and the water gushing risk during the tunnel construction,establishing the comprehensive evaluation warning index system of the collapse risk for tunnel construction,including 5 first level warning indexes and 19 second level warning indexes,and ensuring the early-warning limit and early-warning level.(2)Aiming at the problem of the negative index being neutralized by other indexes in the comprehensive evaluation,on the basis of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)ensuring constant weight,building a set of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of variable weight by introducing the variable weight calculation.(3)Aiming at the influence of the dynamic information during the tunnel construction,this paper discussed the methods of monitoring data analysis and the information feedback,studied the method of dynamic information acquisition,as well as the deformation control standard,putting forward the deformation management early warning of monitoring measurement for the tunnel construction,it is further improved the accuracy and reliability of risk early warning.(4)On the basis of the early warning of the comprehensive assessment and the earlywarning of the monitoring measurement,using the Visual Studio 2010 development tool,based on the.NET Platform,the program of the typical risk warning of tunnel construction is implemented in C#,it is applied to collapsing risk early warning of a tunnel in guang dong.
