| With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, people’s demand for electric energy is also growing. The traditional way of power generation is through the combustion of fossil fuels, which will produce a lot of pollutants, leading to the deterioration of the environment. Therefore, the micro grid system with renewable energy as the main power generation has been proposed and developed rapidly.Although the proposal of microgrid provides a solution to the energy crisis and environmental problems, due to the immature technology of microgrid,it has many problems, such as unreliable distributed power supply, low utilization rate of renewable energy and high operation cost of microgrid system. In view of some problems of microgrid, this paper puts forward some methods and strategies to improve some problems of microgrid in operation. The specific work is as follows:Firstly, the main influencing factors of photovoltaic power generation are analyzed, and the BP neural network algorithm is improved. The improved BP neural network algorithm is used to predict the output of photovoltaic power generation, which provides data for the optimal scheduling of microgrid. Then, the basic structure of the microgrid is introduced and the mathematical model of each distributed power supply is established. The objective function and constraint conditions of optimal dispatching of isolated island micro grid are established for the purpose of economy and environmental protection. The optimal scheduling strategy of microgrid in islanding operation is proposed. The model is solved by using improved genetic algorithm. The effectiveness of the algorithm and model is verified by simulation examples, and the final optimal scheduling results are obtained. Finally, based on the optimal dispatching of islanding microgrid, the objective function and constraint conditions of grid connected micro grid are established. Two optimal scheduling strategies are proposed for grid connected operation.Simulation examples are carried out for the two strategies. The final optimal dispatching results are obtained and compared with the optimal dispatching results of the isolated micro grid. |
