With the development of society,the demand for energy in various countries is also increasing.Electrical energy is an indispensable energy source for current social development and national life.Most of the daily electricity comes from thermal power generation.Thermal power will produce a lot of harmful gases to the environment.Due to excessive energy consumption in recent years,traditional fossil energy will be exhausted in the future.Therefore,the micro-grid has developed rapidly in recent years,which has slowed down the speed of the depletion of traditional energy to a certain extent,and also reduced the damage to the environment.The optimal scheduling of microgrids has been a hot issue in recent years.Therefore,this paper chooses the optimal scheduling of microgrids as the research topic.Because the intelligent optimization algorithm will fall into local optimum when solving the microgrid problem,this paper improves the algorithm.The improvement strengthens the search ability to reduce the possibility of the algorithm falling into local optimum.The research and work content of this article has the following aspects:(1)Provide an overview of the development of domestic and foreign microgrids and related policy support,and then introduce the energy management system(EMS).(2)Establish the basic model of microgrid,including photovoltaic power generation system,wind power generation system,energy storage system and diesel generator.The power generation principles of each subsystem in the microgrid system are briefly introduced,and then the power generation prediction models of the photovoltaic power generation system and the wind power generation system are introduced,and finally the steps of predicting the output are summarized.(3)According to the microgrid model in Chapter 2,the optimal dispatch model is established,which includes grid-connected objective function and island objective function and gives corresponding constraints.In addition to the analysis of the operating cost of distributed power supply,the diesel generator is also analyzed.Penalties for the emission of polluting gases;Finally,the scheduling strategy under the grid-connected mode and the island-based scheduling strategy are formulated,which lays the foundation for the subsequent optimization and solution of the microgrid.(4)The framework of the classic optimization algorithm is summarized,the characteristics of the objective function are analyzed,and the reasons for using genetic algorithm as the solution tool are explained.In view of the shortcomings of the local optimization problem of the genetic algorithm,this article chose to combine the simulated annealing algorithm with the genetic algorithm to make up for the shortcomings of the genetic algorithm.In addition,the parameters of the hybrid algorithm will be improved.The improved temperature drop function and mutation probability can be continuously changed by the temperature and the number of iterations,which enhances the search ability of the algorithm.(5)On the MATLAB platform,the improved genetic algorithm and classic genetic algorithm are used to optimize the three operating states in the microg grid-connected mode and island mode.The results of the optimization of the two methods are analyzed,and the results prove that the proposed scheduling method is effective.
