Distribution processing refers to goods from production to consumption in the process, to change its shape or combination of the state by division, assembly, packaging, labeling, etc., according to the needs, make it more convenient for circulation, improve resource utilization and user satisfaction. This paper studies the production end of the Guangdong X coating manufacturing enterprises, according to the customer demand, in the warehouse, we need to package the finished products in accordance with the different proportion of the main paint, thinner and curing agent. In the process of circulation processing, due to the backward way of data collection, low degree of automation and manual operation error and other problems, non-timely or incorrect access to state information flow processing to lead an inaccurate inventory record, non-timely status information, the fault information between three major functional areas of the raw material area, production area and finished product area and unable to realize the integration of the whole process management linkage. the inefficient linkage between Raw material area and production area lead to the raw materials have been on-lined but have not arranged producing or have already arranged producing orders, but raw material is not online; Inefficient linkage between production and finished product areas lead to the arranged production order has no place to store, or have been allocated aisle order no production; the inefficient linkage between Raw material area and production and finished product areas caused by not in the correct time in order to choose the appropriate raw materials, the production lines into the best deposit and arrange the goods to the most reasonable way.For the circulation processing and management difficulties above, in this paper, using the Internet of thing technology acquisition processing and real-time state information to realize the circulation in the form of integrated optimization processing the whole process of the lean management linkage.First of all, set up a IOT of QR code based on real-time information architecture, including the four key levels of application layer, service layer, gateway and smart object layer, focus on the theory of material circulation processing chain inventory of raw materials, the production status and finished product storage in the links of production scheduling link aisle occupy information such as the acquisition of the puzzles, brought circulation processing the whole process of the real-time seamless flow of information, realize the linkage of the whole process management.Secondly, based on the real-time status information supporting of Internet system from circulation processing raw material area, processing area and finished product, we integrated linkage the raw material selection, production line and finished product storage and focusing on material choosing, production line and finished goods inventory decisions three difficult problem to integrated optimization, and determining the integrated optimization model, using genetic algorithm to solve, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by an example.Finally, processing and intelligent management system based on QR code is developed, composed by the decision of integrated optimization module and mobile handheld execution module. With QR code for the system of equipment acquisition, processing real-time status information for the data support, geared to the needs of specific customer orders within the time window, help in decision-making, production schedule and material warehouse on the aisle planning to make the integrated adaptive intelligent decision-making, improve the circulation processing efficiency, shorten the production cycle and reduce the production cost.
