2020 is the final year of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, and it is also the year of reaching the target of the fight against poverty. With the rapid development of my country’s transportation infrastructure construction and global climate change, the frequency and intensity of disasters caused by rainfall continue to increase, the impact on transportation infrastructure has increased significantly, the maintenance and restoration costs have increased significantly, and the people’s travel has also been affected. It has certain practical value and practical significance to carry out highway flood susceptibility analysis for this type of disaster. This paper takes Lincang City as the research area and combines the hydrometeorology, topography and geomorphology, stratum lithology, geological structure and other conditions around the water damage site, using GIS,RS,data mining, mathematical statistics and other technologies as the main methods to analyze and Start with the analysis of causes, explore the conditions of regional highway flood damage, explore the areas prone to flood damage, and better provide a reference basis for local maintenance departments, which is conducive to the deployment of maintenance resources, optimizes maintenance configuration, and provides for the development of local rush to protect traffic help. The main research results and conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)A brief introduction to the national highway disaster information collection system, statistical analysis of the disaster information from 2019 to 2020,description of the system’s application and application results, and listing of GIS and RS technologies in the remote sensing monitoring application examples of highway flooding, making The spatial distribution map of highway flooding, and the comparison map of images before and after the disaster. In particular, the production of relevant thematic maps for key areas and provinces(Yunnan Province)of highway water damage disasters shows that the problem of highway water damage is particularly prominent in the flood season, and the analysis of highway water damage should be carried out.(2)Through the spatial analysis of the highway water damage data in Lincang City,8 evaluation indicators are extracted according to the existing basic data, the decision tree model is constructed based on the WEKA platform, and the sample training set and test set are established to make the water damage prone After comparing the historical water damage hidden danger points, the results are basically in line with the actual situation.
