Road flood damage is common problems facing the worldwide. Although the roadnetwork traffic capacity, disaster relief, improves overall ability and emergency supportability, but road waterlogging disaster losses is on the rise as a whole. In numerous road flooddamage to roads along the river flood disasters, loss amount is the largest, the most widely.This paper, with highway along the river as the research object, small Bridges and protectiveengineering in the roadbed, hazard-affected body, build risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel of flood disaster, flood disaster risk evaluation based on GIS platform for highway.Risk assessment, including dangerousness assessment and include loss of vulnerabilityassessment. Thesis on the basis of dangerousness assessment, in combination with thenational provinces in2010, in line with the actual conditions of highway construction,highway flood vulnerability assessment, and further carry out risk assessment, thecorresponding countermeasures are presented. Main work content is as follows:(1) Through induction and summary of flood, combining with the characteristics ofhighway, we can divided highway flood disasters into slope erosion, water logging roadbedalong the river, small Bridges and drainage ditches damage type. Paper focuses on highwayalong the river floods.(2) Paper analyzes factors of affect to road flood damage the rainfall and topography(height, slope), lakes and rivers drainage, flood control engineering, highway engineeringitself. After studying the basic theory of risk evaluation, system structure, evaluation process,based on the risk management, I determined the basic model of risk assessment.(3) I analyzed a variety of evaluation model, recommend comprehensive evaluationmodel for the dangerousness assessment.Evaluation of factor index system and thesignificance of the principle, selection of annual torrential rain days, the ground elevation,slope and vegetation coverage as evaluation index. I put forward the formula ofdangerousness and has classification of the dangerousness.(4) I analyzed the influence factors of vulnerability. Paper selected highway properties,regional disaster management capabilities and road highway itself as evaluation index. Inspecific GIS implementation, the selection of regional highway grade and road networkdensity as the evaluation index. I put forward the vulnerability calculation formula, and havethe classification of vulnerability.(5) In vulnerability evaluation indexes, introduce the concept of "regional highway grade". This way we can discuss the linear road in the surface evaluation. Area property focuseson highway asset value. Evaluation index to evaluate by highway length multiplied the unit costin.region.(6) I analyzed the risk evaluation model. Under the condition of the provinces, Iconducted dangerousness assessment, vulnerability assessment and risk assessment on GIS. Ianalysis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Evaluation result is consistent withactual, the paper research results have certain scientific nature and rationality. Thesis researchresults of road flood damage evaluation and prevention of guidance and referencesignificance.
