| The lotion pump is also known as the press type lotion pump.It pumps the lotion out of the packaging bottle by using the principle of atmospheric balance,and replenishes the outside air into a liquid dispenser in the bottle by pressing.At present,lotion pumps have been widely used in many fields such as chemicals,daily necessities and medicine,such as bathing,skin care,hair care,beauty and fragrance products that are common in daily life.With the continuous economic and social development,people are no longer satisfied with the single use scene and function of hair care products.In the past,the simple hair care method of using conditioner after shampooing gradually changed to nourishing after shampoo and before sleep,protecting before and after going out,and repairing before and after hair blowing and perm dyeing.The integrated trend of "washing and curing" hair care has created individualized,customized and diversified hair care needs.However,different hair care products need to be used in different scenes,causing one,high purchase prices,second,disorderly placement of washing and care products,and third,inconvenient use of multiple categories.Not only that,most of the existing hair care products cannot fully take care of the user’s behavior in the hair care scenario,resulting in structural innovation that does not match the user’s needs.On the other hand,the existing research does not carry out user demand-level usability evaluation and product functional-level feasibility evaluation for product structure innovation,which urgently puts forward new requirements for the development of new functions of emulsion pumps.Aiming at the change of multiple scenes and refinement of hair care products,the lotion pump with quantitative adjustment of the lotion pump output and the function of mixing different liquids will be the focus of future development in the field of care products.Based on this,this topic mainly studies the quantitative function and liquid dispensing function of the lotion pump to meet the use of hair care in multiple scenarios,and provide convenient and refined conditions for hair care.This topic mainly analyzes the existing literature,combines the relevant structure,function and data of the lotion pump,and based on the perspective of ergonomics,focuses on the user’s behavior of using the lotion pump in the hair care scene from the four aspects of "behavior-demand-innovation-evaluation".Obtain the structural design innovation points of the emulsion pump’s "quantity" and "liquid separation" functions,and transform them into product design solutions.First,sort out the use behavior of lotion pump through desktop research,and analyze several types of daily hair care scenes by observation method,then use questionnaire method to investigate and analyze the characteristics of core user groups,and combine interview method to dig out user behavior and needs.Secondly,based on the knowledge of user behaviors and needs,combined with Jack software to perform scenario simulations to supplement user needs that cannot be obtained in user interviews.Furthermore,summarize and evaluate user behaviors and needs,and extract design opportunities for product innovation design.Finally,the Jack software was used to simulate the use behavior twice and the user evaluation method was used to evaluate the design of the new quantitative liquid emulsion pump to verify the feasibility of the product function.This project finally produced a quantitative liquid emulsion pump with the function of quantitatively adjusting the pumping volume of the solution and the function of mixing and adjusting the solution of different proportions.The Jack software simulates the user behavior.The product scheme is feasible and reasonable.,To a certain extent,improve the comfort and convenience of washing and care products,and it is of great significance to the improvement of ergonomic comfort.The innovation of this subject lies in the establishment of a research method of "behavior-demand-innovation-evaluation" strategy based on ergonomics.The final product design procedure method or the development procedure that can be used in similar product fields is The product design provides reference,which can improve the current lack of theoretical research on lotion pump products at home and abroad,and supplement the lack of ergonomics theory in the design of life products. |
