With the continuous development of information technology in building models,BIM technology has been applied to the construction of projects in the entire life cycle.It brings high demands on the accuracy of BIM data.Increasing data volume,design changes that may occur at any time,all of which are caused by the development of BIM technology.The problems of low checking efficiency,subjective influence,and inability to ensure data accuracy can not be solved by traditional checking methods.It is imperative to study the compliance checking method of BIM model.This paper is a study on the compliance checking method of IFC-based building information model.The research status of BIM model compliance checking is summarized,and the difficulties are put forward.This paper analyzes the advantages of the IFC standard as a data standard for compliance checking,and summarizes the extraction methods of basic information of architectural elements.Based on the research of IFC data,the corresponding classification and solutions for the specification of building spacing are proposed.Finally,the feasibility and correctness of the automated checking method based on IFC standard specification are verified by experiments.Based on the IFC standard,this paper proposes a general method for BIM data compliance check.It provides new direction for building information model compliance checking,which is innovative and applicable. |
