| The rapid development of Urban Rail Transit(URT)create new layout of the city.URT links suburb and downtown more rapid and convenient as well as activates development potential of the city,which shapes entirely new map of the cities in China.URT systems at home always cost huge amount of money and hard to build,most of them are under ground,with several viaduct stations over ground.Because of the limited space in the tunnel under the ground,it is very hard for designers and constructors to arrange various of pipelines,equipment appropriately.it will also be so hard to do some changes after completion if there are some mistakes during design and construction period.For some reasons,URT Company seldom plans and considers technology management under life cycle perspective which causes low level of the URT Company technology management,and brings about all kinds of complicated problems,reconstruction and continuously costs during operation period.Main study contents are below:(1)Through studying every period and sub-period in life cycle of URT Company,and under the sequence of every period in URT Company life cycle,important factors about technology management of the URT Company are researched comprehensively.Through studying,the road map of URT industry is created,the future technical development is designed,and technical data management system is established,which lay solid foundation of the evaluate indicator system of URT technology management.(2)Delphi method is used after inviting 10 experts from URT Industry to give suggestions and do the questionnaire.And after that,the final 20 evaluation indicators are established,and establish life cycle technology management evaluation system of URT Company.(3)Evaluate model including algorithm of how to use C-OWA method to count the weight,and evaluate system based on matter element law analysis,are established.(4)In the empirical chapter,C-OWA method is used to determine the weight of evaluation indicator.Technology management evaluation questionnaire are designed by matter element law analysis,and experts in URT area,are invited to evaluate the target company.In this chapter,rationality,scientificity of the performance of the evaluation system are verified.(5)Problems and improve methods are given out through analyzing evaluation results of each stage.For example,unreasonable time node control in biding and construction period,ambiguous department responsibility and maintenance and management interface,low level of the quality and stability of construction team,etc.Finally,it is prospected on how to tackle the problem of technology repeatability,serious competition in URT industry at home,and core technology still relying on foreign technologies. |
