In recent years,the space launch task showed the characteristics of high density and multi task parallel cross.Rockets are becoming more sophisticated in design,For telemetry parameters monitoring and evaluation of rocket flight performance is more and more.Accurate and rapid flight test results analysis and evaluation are paid more and more attention to."Flight result evaluation" is one of the important functions of space launch site,and is the important basis for command decision-making and evaluation of space launch mission.This paper focuses on the task analysis and evaluation of space launch mission,The rocket telemetry data analysis and evaluation method and task analysis and evaluation model are studied.A flight evaluation system of space launch mission is established,The system can provide fast,accurate and reliable information about the interpretation of flight data.It has very important practical significance for the timely detection,location of anomalies and fault analysis.Firstly,the evaluation method of rocket telemetry parameters is studied.For the telemetry parameters for analog variable delay,the upper and lower bounds envelope method and the Kalman smoothing filter method are adopted to determine the fault threshold.For the telemetry parameters for digital variable delay,an algorithm for the interpretation of complex step parameters,variable period rectangular wave parameters and multi pulse digital quantities is given by using the differential principle.The evaluation methods cover the main types of telemetry parameters.Secondly,the analysis and evaluation model of space launch mission is studied,including the flight result rapid assessment model,the flight result detailed evaluation model and the flight abnormal fault diagnosis model.The evaluation factors of each model are given.The criteria for rapid evaluation of flight results are studied.A detailed evaluation model of rocket subsystem is established.Aiming at flight anomaly,fault diagnosis method based on case is studied.Finally,based on the above research results of rocket telemetry parameter evaluation method and task analysis and evaluation model,a flight task analysis and evaluation system for space launch mission is developed.The rules library for telemetry parameters interpretation of rocket is established.The system realizes automatic interpretation of remote sensing parameters,automatic collection of abnormal parameters,automatic drawing of abnormal events and time trees,and automatic generation of evaluation results.The method proposed in this paper is successfully applied to the analysis and evaluation of space launch missions,which improves the real-time performance,accuracy and reliability of the evaluation work,and plays an important role in the mission analysis and evaluation of space missions.
