With the maturity of the analysis of bridge structure and the application of high strength materials,the cable-stayed bridge develops from large span to super long span.So how to ensure the structural safety and the linear requirement during the construction process of cable-stayed bridge has become the key problem of construction control.With the popularization and application of BIM technology,it has gradually expanded from the Architectural Engineering to Municipal Work,Transportation Engineering,Hydraulic Engineering,Bridge Engineering,Tunnel Engineering etc.The construction control technology of the cable-stayed bridge based on BIM technology has been in the exploration and development,however,the research and application of that was rare used.Setting in the Southwest Bridge in Guigang,Guangxi province,this paper combines the BIM technology and construction control information based on the analysis of the construction control theory of cable-stayed bridges and BIM technology,and then try to explore the application of BIM technology in the construction control of cable-stayed bridges.The details of the studies are as follows:(1)This thesis analyses the information composition of the bridge construction control,and explores the application points of construction control information management.This paper introduces the principle and method of information classification coding,studies China's CBIMS standard information classification and coding system,refers to the method for components splitting in the Guide to the implementation of BIM in China's Municipal Industry(2015 version),and then builds method of information classification and encoding for cable-stayed bridges.Based on the classification coding of entity model component information,this paper provides the basis for the classified construction of information-base family and library of BIM model.(2)This thesis achieves efficient integration of construction control information of cable-stayed bridges.With the method of parametric modeling and under the guidance of cable-stayed bridge classification encoding rules,it establishes a cable-stayed bridge family and library taking Southwest Bridge as an example,and establishes a complete BIM model.Then the bridge component monitoring sensor monitoring information and bridge alignment data are selected to integrate with the BIM model.In order to improve the efficiency of data entry.In order to improve data efficiency of entry,Dynamo plug-in is used for visual programming,and then the data interaction between Excel and Revit is realized.Based on theoretical data and the actual field measured data,the error analysis and structural safety evaluation are performed.With data entry and the import of chart,the integration of data information(such as theoretical value,measured value,error,etc.)and graphics information in the process of construction control are realized,which lays the foundation for the information management of BIM model.(3)This thesis uses Visual-Studio 2012 as a development platform and uses C# language for Revit add-on development,in order to manage data and information integrated in the BIM model of cable-stayed bridges,and then provides new ideas for construction control information management technology of cable-stayed bridges based on BIM technology.
