With the adjustment of the global energy structure,the proportion of electric power in the energy supply is increasing year by year.State Grid has put forward the strategic goal of building a world-class and globally competitive electric power energy Internet.The construction of the Ubiquitous Electric Internet of Things is the most critical step.In recent years,China has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the construction of the Ubiquitous Electric Internet of Things.Smart electricity meter plays the role of intelligent sensor and intelligent terminal in Ubiquitous Electric Internet of Things,which is an important basis for Ubiquitous Electric Internet of Things.The development and technological innovation of smart meters are very important to the construction and development of ubiquitous power Internet of Things.The modern intelligent electricity meter adopts the integrated structure design,which has many problems,such as the mutual interference between the legal measurement and the non-legal measurement functions,the low reuse rate of the system software,the failure to adapt to various application scenarios,and the failure to realize the expansion of the functional module.Therefore,based on embedded technology,this project designs a new generation of smart electricity meters according to the design concept of "multi-core modular" smart electricity meter proposed by State Grid and the relevant standards of national single-phase smart electricity meter.It uses a completely new structure compared to contemporary electricity meters.On hardware,according to the functional division into measurement module,management module and function expansion module,and the legal measurement function and the legal system functions respectively in the measuring module and management module,other extended function modularization,makes the measurement of legal system and the legal metrology functions each other,malfunction or scenario occurs when switching on the meters,can be solved by changing the module.In terms of software,the software of measurement module and management module is separated.The management module is added into the realtime operating system to realize the management subsystem of the module.The management subsystem of the module is used for the management and abstraction of the module,and provides the unified equipment and module operation interface for the system.The main work contents of this paper include:(1)Read and study a large number of standards and literatures related to smart meters,summarize the research background and research status of smart meters,analyze the market demand of smart meter system,put forward the problems to be solved in the contemporary smart meters,and clarify the performance requirements of smart meters and design a new generation of smart meter system framework.(2)According to the hardware framework designed in the early stage,the design of the hardware circuits such as metering module,management module,hot plug-in circuit,module interface,power supply and so on is completed.(3)On the basis of the hardware,according to the software framework designed in the early stage,a series of software designs are completed.The main content includes module management subsystem,protocol library,real-time operating system and software design of application layer.The application layer focuses on the design of calibration table,power data acquisition,time-sharing metering,communication and human-computer interaction.Module management is used for module hot-plug management and to abstract module drivers into a unified interface.The design idea of the subsystem comes from the service discovery mechanism,and the service discovery mechanism comes from the service registration mechanism of the distributed system.This system creatively migrates this concept to the embedded system.(4)Finally,a series of experiments are carried out for the smart meter designed in this paper.The test items include accuracy test,electrical performance test,and some electromagnetic compatibility test.The results show that the intelligent meter designed in this paper meets the design requirements.
