With the rapid development of The Times and the continuous innovation of technology,the medical and health care bed is becoming more and more automatic,intelligent and humanized.However,the development of moxibustion bed which combines traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion with modern machinery lags behind the pace of The Times,and there is no applicable monitoring system.In this paper,based on the embedded technology and the mechanical contruction and working mechanism of the moxibustion bed,a monitoring system for medical moxibustion bed is designed and developed,it is also the first time to apply the monitoring system to the moxibustion bed.This essay employed STM32F103ZET6 as the master controller of the whole monitoring system.In the meantime,this essay employed the temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of the moxibustion bed and employed the smoke sensor to monitor the smog concentration in the moxibustion clinic.TFTLCD touch screen is used to design the man-machine interactive system with touch control function,voice recognition chip is added to design the voice control mode,and Qt is used to develop the remote monitoring interface of PC upper computer.In this essay,the moxibustion bed monitoring system can detect the running state of the moxibustion bed in real time,and can realize the over-limit alarm,and effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,the monitoring system can adjust the running state of moxibustion bed through three control modes: touch screen control,voice control and upper computer control,and has good monitoring effect.The thesis mainly carries on the following aspects of work:(1)Monitoring system design.The working principle of traditional moxibustion bed and the important factors affecting the therapeutic effect were analyzed,based on these factors,the scheme of moxibustion bed monitoring system was developed.In the scheme,it is determined to monitor the moxibustion bed by voice control,touch screen control and upper computer control.The monitoring system detects the smoke concentration in the moxibustion clinic and the temperature in the moxibustion chamber of the moxibustion bed through the smoke detection module and the temperature detection module.The measured data will also be displayed synchronously on the touch screen and the monitoring interface of the upper computer,the smoke concentration and temperature data will also be used in the alarm module.In the scheme,fuzzy PID algorithm is used as the temperature control algorithm to complete the selection of hardware module,and Bluetooth communication is used as the communication mode between upper and lower computers.(2)Hardware design of monitoring system.The overall hardware block diagram is given against its functional requirements.This chapter have designed the circuits,include temperature detection module,smoke concentration detection module,speech control module,TFTLCD touch module and motor control module.Finally,the verification analysis is carried out.(3)Software design monitoring system.The function to be realized in the software part of the system is determined and the function structure diagram is given.The lower computer software is developed in MDK using C language,which mainly includes the configuration function and control function of each hardware module,the realization of algorithm,the writing of voice instruction library,the writing of TFTLCD touch interface and a series of execution functions.The upper computer is developed in Qt using C++ language,and has written the login interface and monitoring interface,including real-time data and change curve display of temperature and smoke concentration,user data and real-time data preservation,and the execution function of control buttons.(4)Monitoring system function test.To temperature detection module,the concentration of the smoke detection module,Bluetooth module and voice control module was tested,and has carried on the system on the basis of overall test,and according to the test results on the performance of the monitoring system were analyzed,and various functions have been implemented and the system runs stably,draw the conclusion:moxibustion bed monitoring system in line with the design requirements.
